I came here with a large group 30 minutes before closing. The attitude was awesome. They were turning pizzas out of the kitchen faster than I have ever seen. Food was fresh, hot and good. I really really appreciate the value and the service at this location.

Who is C.C. Pazzini? That’s the million dollar question. I love coming south because there are a few places that I don’t have in the Northeast. One of those places is Cicis. Plenty of parking at this location. The inside definitely needs an upgrade or paint job. They have a huge selection of pizzas they keep switching in and out. I have requested a specific pizza before and they have made it. They akk ok do have breadsticks, salads, pasta, etc. This is not five star gourmet pizza. If you’re expecting that, fughetta boutit. If it’s made fresh it is good. It is what it is, cheap buffet pizza. Although the price has gone up with inflation, it’s still a great deal. Mondays are $.99 for kids with the purchase of an adult buffet.

We also saw a mouse while dining here this past week. It ran beside our feet from the dining room into the arcade. We informed the staff and left as quickly as possible. Definitely grossed us out.

If I could give negative stars I would. While eating at the Cici’s Pizza in Harrisonburg, VA my husband saw a mouse run out and it almost ran over his foot. We informed the Manager of what we saw. The people behind us also stated that they gad seen it too. She apologized, but she did nothing about it, other than to tell her employee. She just laughed about it and went back to cleaning off tables, like it was nothing. So, we went to the register to get our money refunded. After standing there for a bit, the guy she had told came up to the register to refund us. While at the register, another mouse ran out and went under the serving station where the pizzas were. The pizzas that they were serving to the customers! I told the employee that I had just seen another mouse run under the food and he just smiled at me real big. He laughed it off, and said, “oh really, you just saw another one?” Then he gave us our money and went right back to his job. The restaurant was full of families eating and they did absolutely nothing, except to laugh it off. I’m still so grossed out and completely nauseous from our experience. Please, don’t bring your family to this restaurant!

It was way too cold. I ended up having to put my heaving coat on just to stay comfortable and eat. The food wasn’t very impressive. The only good food was the apple pizza and the cheesey bread. The gentleman that came and grabbed our plates was very nice and polite.

Average place. Good price though. $5.99 for buffet per person. Reasonably priced for selection of pizza and salad bar. My favorite is spinach pizza. Enjoyed deserts selection as well. Cinnamon bun type. Brownie. Good environment for kids. With hand sanitizer and gloves at bar.
