Haven’t been to this CiCi’s in a while. It seemed somewhat cleaner than in the past though there was still trash on the floor in places, such as silverware wrappers. 2 of the fountain drinks were out of order, one of which my husband prefers. The southern sweet tea container had what appeared to be water, but no tea, so I also had to drink something else. The pizza was excellent. Compared to previous visits (it’s been a while) my expectations were far exceeded with the food. Service was great as well. Everyone was super polite and helpful! We are renewed fans!

Better experience than last time. We enjoyed our dinner tonight. We came on a relatively quiet night. The staff were friendly and never stopped moving. The restaurant is really attractively decorated. The only drawback, the brownies were not cooked inside, they were still batter.

Front cashier probably would get more tips if they smiled, lost the chip on their shoulder, and didn’t act like customers were an inconvenience. Oh, and actually put in the request the customer made.

Great place first time here & wont be the last i love it here they make all kinds of pizza plus if u ask for a pizza u like they make it yes they make it. For a family of 5 almost $60 bucks thats a great deal especially cause it’s all u can eat

Wendy walked in kinda late. They were nice, and smiling , and the salad bar was fresh and loaded. The pizza was great. Whatever we ask them to make they did. Soup was OK. The pasta was good. I had 6 teenage boys and girls with me. They were stuffed. I definitely will go back.

I always appreciate the fact that this franchise hires persons with disabilities. This franchise is well run yet suffers from a dated cramped dining room. Arcade area is small compared to the ones in Rock Hill and Kannapolis.

When we arrived it seemed they were attempting to recover after being slammed so we waited. We picked a table and wiped it down ourselves. We sat waiting over 20 minutes for pizza to be ready. The restaurant was very dirty and the young lady who was on the floor seemed aggravated due to having to be there alone probably. The cashier was very accommodating and was overwhelmed but still pleasant. This was our first time visiting the restaurant in over 4 years and it wasn’t worth it at all.

The food is terrible here. For $11 I could have done better at any number of nearby fast food restaurants or at a Papa John’s if I was wanting some real pizza. This place is nothing like it was 20 years ago.
