This place was VERY disgusting, do not go here! There’s no AC which makes it hot and hard to enjoy your meal. There’s dirty plates and food scraps all over the tables it’s hard to find a clean place to sit (there wasn’t one). We had to ask someone to clean the table for us and he looked annoyed by the request. The bathrooms have a horrible ordor and looked like they’ve never been cleaned. To top it all off while I was walking out a greasy, wet napkin got stuck to my foot. I don’t know who the manager is of this place, but the workers have no sense of cleanliness and have no desire to clean either. I am never coming back.

I’ve been thinking about cicis for a while now and wanted to go eat there last night 8/18/23 and I know I’m not expecting the food to be the best I have ever had. The workers were nice and friendly but the food was cold and there wasn’t anyone watching it. I was getting my salad and I watched a girl put back her used salad and the worker was nice and replaced it for me but I have already been eating it before I watched her do this. Now I’m been awake in excruciating pain over the last four hours with food poisoning. Same with my husband who isn’t feeling well either, overall poor food handling and lack of attention.

Had to wait 5 minutes before someone finally took our payment before eating. Felt very low quality and basically no options. Definitely the worst Cici’s I’ve been to. Go to another one if you can. Tiny arcade, I swear they were much bigger at other locations I have been to.
