One side of the restaurant was closed, the other was filled with tables littered with dirty dishes, trash and cups. The staff was lacking in more than one way. The pizza had cinnamon flavor on the crust (bottom). It was a fresh pizza. They didnt clean the pan well enough from making dessert or clean it at all.

The place was disgusting. Mat at door and the floors are filty and cause a odor. There was no silverware but plastic utensils. Plates that had been used littered at least 5 or six tables. The salad bar had wilted lettuce and the other ingredients of the salad bar scattered all along the bar. There were hardly any pizza on the buffet bar. The bathrooms are filthy and disgusting. This used to be a nice place to go for pizza when they first opened up but the people managing this restaurant either don’t care anymore or they are making enough money just to get by

It’s not that the pizza isn’t good. It’s the attitude of the workers that brings everything down. As I sat and ate my lunch, every worker smiled and conversed with the other workers until they had to speak to a customer. It wasn’t any type of customer either, it was all. Singles, like myself, an older couple, guy with his 2 children, and 3 ladies that just wanted to order a full pizza and eat it there. Which they were told they could Not do that. If they ordered off the menu and not the bar, they had to leave. Then the switch turned off and back to rude and short with people. I even Tried to smile at them, and all I got back was a blank stare, turn and walk away.

Been here 23 minutes and they have yet to change out any pizzas! Requested fresh pizzas with no pork still have yet to receive them and write busy cleaning up walking around doing absolutely nothing to appease the customers needs. Update it’s been 37 minutes and they finally put a pizza out and they said was beef that’s Italian sausage and pork update still nasty customer service sucks

Paid, went to make plates and most of the bar was empty aside from dried up old pizza. Not even the basic pepperoni or cheese pizza was on the bar. I told my kids to put the plates down and I got a refund. At 11:45am, there is ZERO excuse to not have food ready for lunch. The owners do NOT care. They continue raising the prices but won’t pay for a decent person to manage the place. Just don’t bother, it smells of dumpster juice by the fountains anyway so even if they did have pizza, the smell of the fountain area would make you too sick to eat anyway. If this is how the owners & employees think a restaurant should be, I’d hate to see & smell the inside of their homes. 3 buffets & 3 sodas = $37.xx also so it’s no longer “cheap” pizza.

The pasta was drowning in water, the pizzas dry, no diet coke available, the only good thing was the chicken at an exorbitant price. Tables and chairs were dirty; a restaurant was without flavor or atmosphere. I would not come back.

Nothing left on salad bar. Pizza not out. Ice machine, tea and sprite out. Several people told workers but nothing was done. Bathroom was nasty. I will not return. This place use to be better.
