If you are looking for a nice moment to eat with your family, the best pizza and at the best price, this place is called Cicis pizza! … You’re going to love it as much as I do!!! This location is perfect, smaller but it is on the most popular street in Orlando, many stores just one step away so, you can enjoy a walk before or after enjoying your meal, the staff is always attentive, the management are the best, refill the buffet is the first order, good cleaning and you will never leave without saying delicious

I have to say it sounded good but less than impressed. It’s extremely crowded even off season. I unfortunately picked a table by the basketball hoop in the back, at least 3 different teens climbed the side by my table which bounced basketballs out of it obviously stealing turns on the game however they kept bouncing on my table. It seems like a place parents go who don’t want to watch their children. It’s a long line and the pizzas are not stocked well enough for the buffet. People cut with zero apologies, after you’ve waited. Soups are not labeled, pasta is not labeled. I have allergies . Overall I’d never go back. Pizza is chucky cheese quality at best. The brownies were not cooked and basically dough.

Pizza was not very good. Needs to be cooked more. Very doughy. Toppings were ok. Free refills on the drinks. They have salad, soup and pretty good desert. Ok just for a quick bite but it is mass produced, buffet pizza… can’t expect much… 3 out of 5

I don’t eat pizza normally as I’m on low carb due to diabeto. I tried a few slices and they were really very nice. The salad bar was excellent and I feel I cost them money given the high cost of veggies in the US. I would definitely visit again as it’s great for supper after Universal. The buffet dessert pizza were lovely and indulgent. I would pay extra for soft serve ice cream, that would make it remarkably good for a treat. The other party members ate a load of pizza.

My family and I stopped here to eat after an outing while on vacation. We were all excited to dine here, as we had heard about it, but many of us had never actually been. After all, who doesn’t like pizza, right? I would say it was good, not great, maybe even just ok. I mean, it was edible but not outstanding (at least compared to other pizza restaurants that serve a similar variety). Service was a bit stagnant, and the atmosphere was a bit too crowded for my liking. I might add that I did really enjoy the salad, the cheesy bread, and brownies.

Decent selection of pizza. I would recommend not going with the forced tip at time of payment and wait and see if you get any service before tipping at the table directly. We ended up cleaning up all our table, no one came around while the two staff just talked to each other the whole time. No reason to give a tip for that. Got to love those tip screens at checkout before you even get service.
