I did an online order. Waited the 22 minutes and go in to pick up. Young guy says oh yeah we are out of wings. I said well refund those. He said you will have to do that online. I said what about the pizza? He said yeah we didn’t start it.

Very impressed with decor and ambiance. Hot fresh pizza were available at all times. Clean and organized restaurant. Superb service and friendly. The staff were outstanding. Brandy, manager, Andrew and Adam were very customer oriented and always taking care of their customers. The owners must be proud of this team because hard to find caring and quality employees. They were running the restaurant as their own. I personally thanked each one for their dedication and enthusiasm for their job. Well done. Thank you for your service and your hard work.

Nicely remodeled, unfortunately the staff and food is the same. Only took 3 plates to find a clean one and half way through my dinner I was asked to relocate because they were closing the section I was sitting in. Salad bar didn’t even have cheese and all the pizza options looked as if they had been sitting out for awhile and I went right at 5pm. What’s the excuse?

1st time we were here and the pizza was very fresh. The staff here was very nice and even gave me a fresh Mac n cheese pizza to take back with us. We will definitely be back when we come back to Florence. Great staff and managers

I really enjoyed Cicis tonight. They had a good selection of fresh pizza. During the time I was eating they were putting out more fresh pizza. I enjoyed some meat lovers, some BBQ chicken, some veggie pizza, and some ham & pineapple…all fresh. I don’t understand how anyone could go away hungry. I didn’t get names but thanks to everyone at Cicis for taking care of me.
