Well, my family and I were really disappointed. We had to wait to have the cashier approach us. They were not busy. Pasta was old looking never changed out. Salad bar was slim, not much to pull together. Not a big variety of Pizza. No one up in front to ask for pizza to be made. No maple or caramel dessert. Bathroom was disgusting. Very dirty. The young folks that worked their seemed to just miserable. Floors were dirty and pizza was on the floor in some area. Sweet tea was not sweet. Cheesy bread was really bland. No garlic or seasoning.

We get there about 8 pm, they are open until 10pm so I thought we would have a chance at some fresh pizza. The A/C was out, it was humid and uncomfortable. We stood there for a couple of minutes and didn’t see a worker, at least 5 min later they took our order. We walked around and ALL the pizzas looked like they had bee there for a while, every one had 1-2 pieces left. They asked what specific pizza we would like cooked. I wanted the experience of having several different kinds to choose from and try but I went ahead and ordered 1 kind. We went to get drinks and there was no ice. They didn’t let us know that there was no ice. No pasta, no fresh desert. We got a refund and went on to eat something different.

This makes multiple times that we have tried to go in and they accept cash Only the staff is extremely rude and they have hardly no pizza on the bar if it were possible to give zero stars or negative stars that’s what they would be getting. It’s 2023 and they always wanna claim their card readers never work. My guess would be so that they can either scam money off the top because it’s all cash transactions or get out paying taxes whatever the case may be I believe if I was the owner, I would be looking into it because none of the other cc ‘s pizza locations are ran that way I would also like to add that the salad bar was completely empty. The pasta was completely empty and it’s like 1:30 in the afternoon. Honestly, I believe the location will be out of business soon with them being ran that way.

My experience in this location was nothing but pitiful. They had old veggies on the Salad bar that needed to be thrown out. They had no cheese for the salads. The Alfredo sauce had clumps in it. The pizza tastes like cardboard, even the fresh just set out pizzas. I had to reach behind the counter in to a box just to get a fork. No tea. And none made while i was there. It really was just pitiful. I absolutely do not recommend eating here. You can get better pizza in the frozen section at dollar tree.

Our experience was not a good one . We walked in over an hour before they closed . They already had half the restaurant closed off and made all the parties that came in around the time we did squeeze in between 4 or 5 tables. They were out of food and really didn’t wanna cook anymore even though everything was being completely eaten by the people inside eating. And honestly the staff members were very rude they were more worried about being able to walk out at 9 when they closed instead of offering good service.

I spentb$15 and didn’t eat, there was not enough pizza out, they were out of pasta ,dining room tables were dirty, and floor.too, my grandson ate 2 slices of pizza and a cinnamon bun,it took so long for any pizza to come out we had to leave so I didn’t get to eat, had I known only 2 people were working I would have left before we ordered. You should not open if you don’t have enough help. I live on fixed income and this was no treat for me or him.

There would be no stars if possible. These are the details,so there’s no use for CiCis to make it better. I went at lunch today,May the 10th,2023. First off we had to stand and wait to order,no problem with that. They did let us use a 4.99 offer that was great. The bad part,it wasn’t worth that. Even though they hadn’t been open long,there wasn’t hardly any pizza on the bar. It was hard what was there. The salad and toppings were terrible,I had no desserts, so not sure about that. I drank water,although was charged for a drink,and that may be their policy,not sure. All of the above was bad enough. But I’ve seen worse. The worst thing was the nastiness of this location. I have ran my own restaurant and know this place could be a whole lot cleaner. There were sticky fingerprints on every surface I could see,keep in mind,they just opened. There was a drink spilled down the wall,that looked like it had been there for days. The table and chairs were so sticky I couldn’t stand to touch them. There only appeared to be 2 employees. I’ve been to this location many times since opening,it only gets worse each time. I’m afraid this will be my last time. If I were the owner/manager. I would close this location for a couple days,give it a deep thorough clean and start afresh. It would be so much easier to maintain the cleanliness. I would be so embarrassed to work here or own this place in the state it is in

We dinned in tonight and a blonde girl was giving attitude to a customer as we were leaving i turned around and her coworkers(ginger curls) was behind the customer flicking her off. We loved to eat here but witnessing this behavior makes us not want to come back here at least not during dinner time.

I don’t really have anything positive to say about my trip here today. There was no sugar for the tea, the Dr. Pepper and the Coke products were not working. Almost all the salad dressing were out. Food was cold. Just all bad.
