Absolutely great place to go!! The staff is very friendly and the food is great! They can make any kind of pizza you ask for. The only complaint I have is that sometimes we have issues finding a clean table to sit at but if you ask the staff, they will get it cleaned off. My only recommendation is that they reorganize a few things. They have the drink items (lids & straws) away from the drink station and sitting in the middle of the food bar. These need to be placed back at the drink station and move the silverware over to the food bar. Too many spills happen from kids walking away from the drink station. All in all though it is a great place to go!!

Lana and Adam were awesome today. We had almost given up on Cici’s pizza but decided to go in today. I’m sure glad we did. It was fantastic. The salad bar looked better than I’ve EVER seen it. Everything was fresh and delicious. Great job guys. We’ll be back soon.

Service was nonexistent. Pizza choices were under expectations. We spilled some water and the staff just watched us as we tried to clean it up. I towel and maybe a mop would have been nice. Crew laughed at us when we tried to go out the wrong door at closing. Probably won’t be going there again.

They crew was extremely nice and helpful. The store itself wasn’t that wheelchair friendly. Needs to be noted that wheelneed to come in the carryout for. The halfwall makes it hard to get in. The bathroom wasn’t big enough for the wheelchair. The lower exit was good, though. We could go over it normally. Some stores we have to go over it backwards.

Went a couple days ago for national pizza day, & I can confidently say this restaurant has definitely improved! The staff was nice, the food was hot & very good. Bonus- the bathroom was very clean! We have been going here for years & it’s always a hit or miss. I am very glad to say that they have cleaned up their act! We will definitely be coming back more often.

It’s cicis. No wow factor over here. It’s sad to see hard workers working their butts off for some manager to stand at the same table talking nonstop and not helping with cleaning the tables (i had clean the one i ate at) or even checking on other customers to see if they would like anything else other then what they have already placed on the buffet. I knew when I pulled up. I should have gone somewhere else.

We have come hear for a few years I don’t know what happens but the last 4 times the pizza was over cooked and they didn’t even try to keep up with the buffet had to wait for it . Couldn’t make cinnamon rolled for some reson the workers spent more time talking than doing anything must be different management or something we won’t be going their anymore .
