My family loves Cici’s pizza, the one near us (Johnson City) closed several years ago. We stopped in at this location and was greeted with a smile and friendly service, food is always great and at great prices. Workers also keeping tables and plates return nice and clean. This location is a great place to eat and kids can also enjoy the arcade.

Absolutely fantastic! I have been to several CiCi’s pizzas before but every time I come to Gatlinburg we always stop here. The staff and manager were all super friendly. My daughter asked if they could make a BBQ and pineapple pizza (don’t ask she has weird taste!) But they had it ready for her nice and fresh in just a few minutes! The food itself was hot and so great! We always feel as if we get a good amount of food for the price! Desserts were great too!

About what you would expect from this kind of buffet. Clean enough, but a lot of the pizza had been sitting out too long. Not horribly long, but you could tell it was right on the line. Some pizzas were never refreshed the entire time I was there. Especially the stuffed crust pizza, as a new one never came out the entire time I was there eating.

Staff was friendly,greeted us with a smile. Buffet was a little pricey but understandable given where it’s located. Plenty of different varieties,so there’s something for everyone. Not a lot of sweets to choose from but you came for the pizza anyway. Would highly recommend,especially if you have kids.

It was a great place to run in and grab a late evening meal after a hike. The pizza was hot and fresh, the staff warm and friendly. The atmosphere is really not their fault, but there were some obnoxious guest that would run to the bar every time pizza came out and stack their plate 7-8 slices high.
