First off, the woman at the register needs to get a personality. She shouldn’t be the first person the customer meets. I said 2 adult buffets and 1 child. Before I could say anything about drinks she gave me the total and put 3 paper cups out on the counter. I figured, oh the drinks must come with the buffet. I had planned to just get water for the adults and 1 soda for the child. Well, the drinks are NOT included, there was a charge of $1.99 for each drink, which is cheaper than most places, but she should not automatically assume that everyone wants to drink and pay for a soda. I sat there and watched her do the same thing to everyone that came in. One woman questioned her about the drinks and told her that she hadn’t ordered drinks and wanted her to adjust the ticket. She acted all ticked off because she had to change her ticket. Okay, with all that said, the food is pretty good. The salad bar was fresh and tasted really good. The bread sticks and cinnamon rolls are yummy. Pizza is just okay.

Workers definitely sitting around and could be getting plates and making pizzas. Barley ever any pizza out. It’s still cicis and the family loves it so we stop in every time we’re around. Only reason for 5 star is because, wife left purse in there. We made it an hr away and had to come back the next day to get it as it was 5 min before close before we notice. Wasn’t touched and thank you for that!

It’s nice to be able to go in order a special pizza mad fresh, and while you wait you can try out another pizza that someone else has ordered and didn’t finish at the bar. People sure do have a wild imagination. Deserts are great though I don’t eat much of that. And if you’ve been going there as long as me you can appreciate the old to the new. Always will be my favorite place to eat pizza buffet. You can grab food sit down and chill no rush.

Worst Cicis pizza in the country. $24 for two person buffet. Add to the fact that we have to wait for them to put pizza on the line as we walked in. One person making pizzas! Same person responsible for putting them on the line. Like I had to wait 20 minutes before I can eat anything. Never have had to wait at a cicis pizza to eat until this store. If I could give it 0stars I would.

Charged me for a drink without asking me. I didn’t notice til I was already on road and noticed it on my receipt. Tried to call them and they don’t pick up. Literally only had one customer in there. Will never go back. Also there food definitely isn’t worth it.

Came to eat dinner with my kids. Showed up at 8:30 thinking I had plenty of time to eat. Was rushed out and workers were NOT very friendly as they felt I was taking too long to eat. Thought they closed at 10?!?! Unfortunate since my kids love coming here normally. And even though he asked the ages of my kids I believe I was still charged too much more my 11 year old. The food was definitely not what it usually is. Just will have to find another place I guess.

Would for sure give zero stars if that was an option. Person at the register overcharged my friend, charged her 11 year old as an adult. Then had an attitude with us when we asked her to fix it. Our table piled up with plates, they didn’t once take old plates off of our table but made sure to get the table next to us. One of the employees also went to the back door & let in four guys and they got to eat for free!
