Nasty! I’ll start with the nasty greasy cups, dirty plates and silverware. The cups were so greasy I had to wash the grease off my hands, I finally found some clean silverware after at least 4 not clean and same with plates. Now the food. The pizza was so old it was hard and tasted old, the poor cinnamon rolls would have knocked someone out. Also there wasn’t hardly anything on the buffet. My dogs wouldn’t have ate the food. We’ve ate here many times and never had this bad of a experience.

If you’re hungry, do not come on. We got here around 7:30 at night, and the Buffay had nothing on the pasta was dried out the soup supposed to be chicken noodle soup with just chicken broth and half of the dining room is closed. We had to wait for somebody to get done before we have a seat to sit down will never come back again and they lock the doors at 8:30 and put more chairs up right next to me and my family are very disrespectful and the rumor

Service was pitiful. Managers were playing like children. One was rude to me ignoring my request for a certain pizza. They opened the store at 11:00a.m. as advertised but with nothing ready. We were the first customers and tables were dirty.

Unfortunately, do not waste your time. Arrived around 2pm. There were no pizza out. Workers seem lazy. Big props to the cashier lady for her assistants. But workers did not have any fresh pizzas or desserts out. Pasta containers were empty and dried out. The were rushing to put pizzas out and when they did. Everyone was waiting and rushing for fresh pizzas. Very disappointing!! The Salad need to be throw in the trash. CEO need to walk into that building and send help immediately they are losing customers!

I am here right now at the ladayette store and there is 2 pizzas on the buffet then when you ask anyone about pizzas they have an attitude like they dont want to make it the pasta should be thrown and the two pizzas on the buffet look like they been there all day this is not the first time the last time was the same way cicis pizza is getting a bad name and is nowhere near the same as the one we had before i think a new staff with work ethics is much needed until then i wont be back also the bathrooms are gross

When we arrived at 6:30 there was only one pizza on the buffet. It was a pepperoni pizza. The pasta sauce was empty and the pasta that was on the buffet was old and hard. They did start making other pizzas but it took like 20 minutes per pizza to be put on the buffet. The BBQ pizza was good as always. The cinnamon rolls were also the best they’re just a little smaller than I remember than being 10 years ago… Probably wouldn’t dine here again.
