This Cici’s is a great place for pizza. My family and I drove two hours from our town to come to Alexandria for a break, and we chose to eat here. We hadn’t eaten at a Cici’s restaurant in about three years, and when we did, we were very pleased with how good the food was. The buffet was clean, the food was excellent, the service was impeccable, and the whole restaurant felt like an inviting place to dine. The price wasn’t too high either. We had a good time here, and we’ll come back the next time we’re in the city. This is a nice place to eat.

CICIS PIZZA should not be called a buffet especially when you only have a salad bar and hardly any toppings and the toppings that yall do have werent even cut and chopped properly and then you only have four kinds of pizza out along side some half done bread sticks and one dessert. When I asked if they could make me half of a Ole’ Pizza which is the Mexican pizza I got told “we don’t have the ingredients”. C’mon Do better CiCi’s!

Workers were very nice. Kept buffet full and even have the option to get a personal pizza to your table! Sweet tea is great too! Cheap as McDonald’s and able to eat all you want.

Review revamp. Not sure when but clearly someone bought this Cicis and did a great job revamping the place. Pizza is still the same so that’s good. The employees are always so dang nice. My only complaint is the bathroom. Still the same gross bathroom as back when but hey at least it’s not the whole store
