This cici’s location is wonderful! I was president of the Plano Band this past year and Kayla, the manager, allowed us to come in late after football games. The staff were incredible and welcoming. The restaurant is clean, has good food, and is great for big groups. Everyone had a great time!

We had the best customer service for my sons 1st birthday. They were kind and laughed along with us when our 1yr old got his smash cake everywhere (mainly his face, highchair and the floor). We wanted to clean it up but they kept offering to. They were absolutely fantastic. We couldn’t ask for a better experience.

This Cici’s in Plano is the best and the GM Albert, is the one who makes this possible. He greeted my husband and I upon arrival with a big smile, made our bowls custom, and displayed A1 customer service that you really do not see anymore, ANYWHERE. The restaurant was clean and the environment was very inviting. Clean bathrooms to boot! Thank you Albert for restoring my faith in customer service. You are a one of a kind gentleman! KW.

I can’t begin to say how amazing this Cicis experience was! Alexis was very kind and welcoming when we walked in. We also appreciated the manager on duty for greeting us and going out of his way to curate a pizza request which was incredibly cheesy, fresh and delicious. Took a small group for lunch and we had an amazing time. Kenny was AMAZING when I requested fresh pizza he was on it and brought it right to me with no issue!! Managers were present and approachable. Buffet line was clean, fountain drink area was clean, clean plates at all times, buckets where dirdy plates bowls are placed was always empty. My group will definitely be back. Definitely much better service than other location in Plano. Thanks again guys for being so amazing!!!

My daughter and I had dinner here on a Friday evening. Before I left I located the manager to inform him that his entire staff was some of the friendliest I have encountered in a VERY long time. The gentleman taking the orders down to the the one making the pizzas were all extremely polite and helpful.
