Seriously, how hard is it to take an order for two pizzas and a total of three toppings? I ordered two large pizzas and when I got there both of them were wrong. I got no apology but got to waste about 15 minutes of my time waiting on them to remake my pizza. Why doesn’t a company like this care about their customers and either do the job right the first time or offer the customer a discount? I am so tired of companies not caring about the customer or the customer experience. Prices keep going up and I gladly pay my money as long as the quality and service are good, but if they’re not going to hold up their end of the deal and provide good service and good quality why should we spend our money?

Ate here a few months ago and had no complaints. The last visit was a little different. Everything was sticky and dirty. There was trash,food,and sticky soda all over the floor. So many tables were dirty and still had plates sitting on them. I watched one man next to us having to clean his own table before sitting down to eat. Half the games were out of order. Salad and pizza was good.

Came Sunday around 6PM and the place was very dirty. Took the only some what clean table. Place was only 30-40% full but all the tables and floor were dirty. They have pizza boxes stacked in dinning area. Saw a couple grab one after eating and went up to the buffet several times and loaded the box till it couldn’t close and walked out.

I am not a pizza fan but my grandkid is so he picked this place. Having said this, I can’t remember the last time I ate at a pizza place but the establishment was clean, had a SALAD BAR, pasta and soup and desserts besides pizza. For what I paid this place was a bargain. The only unpleasant thing I saw was the vast amount of waste clients leave! My grandkid and I served ourselves what we were going to eat and left no waste in our plates. Cheap or all you can eat doesn’t mean you leave piles of food leftover!

Don’t know the managers name, but we have eaten there several times in the past 3 months, and he is always busy, either at the cash register, cooking pizza or cleaning tables! He is a great team leader as he does not expect his crew, all teenagers, to do anything he won’t do. The only reason I give 4 stars is 5 would leave no room for improvement and we should always look for ways to improve our businesses. Keep up the great work!

Cost more than other Cicis. Did not have any pizzas with any vegetables on them the entire time I was there. The soup was broth no food in it at all. Whole experience was awful. Will never go back to Rockwall Cicis. Oh, and manager never moved from leaning on the counter.not good management.

This Cicis was a little different from others as it seemed a little better with the service and the people that worked there. They were much friendlier in this location and seemed to have better customer service. It was also cleaner on the floor.

Restaurant was very nasty. Tables were dirty and the bathroom was disgusting! No tissue and no hand soap at all. And the pizza was not good at all. It’s like the rushed cooking it. I will not be coming back here again.
