It’s nice having most of the place for yourself on weekends. Food is okay, they add too much tomato sauce to everything. I think the manager assisted me, she seemed a bit rude but she was answering a phone call at the moment so it’s okay. 6.8/10

The manager stayed on her phone most of the time. When she wasn’t, she was mixing up new and old pizzas. An employee, while wearing gloves took her hat off, took down her ponytail, put it back in and put her hat back on right by the food then immediately started touching the buffet including the trays the pizza were on. When I told the manager she said ok and went back to talking on the phone.

Tables dirty, food on the floor, pizza was greasier than normal. What pizza was on the buffet. They had a variety of spinach, cheese, and Hawaiian pizza but not much else. Dessert buffet was terrible, the cinnamon rolls were as hard as they look (see pictures) and staff was not working very hard while the manager was eating out of what looked like a kitchen mixing bowl.

For our first experience at this CiCi’s, it was not very good and I would never recommend this place to anyone. We ordered the chicken wings and was never advised of how long it would take. We got our food and sat down to eat. After 15 minutes, I approached the clueless cashier to inquire how much longer and she said it’s almost finished. Waited another 5 minutes and nothing. So I requested a refund since someone obviously forgot to put it in. The manager tried to say it takes longer since its baked, that’s not accurate and even if it was, we should be told ahead of time. The cashier seemed like she was in Lala land and the manager doesnt care about anything. The playroom was a ridiculous excuse for an arcade. Some games didn’t work and 80% of what they had was a claw drop that was so weak that it couldnt pick up a feather.
