Should have left after I walked in and smelled the place. I ended up throwing up a few hours later. The 4 workers that were there didn’t seem to have enough help. Also, my cup of soda cost nearly $3. The Cicis in Waxahachie is 5 stars. Why did I have to choose between a large cup and a kids cup? I asked for a regular.

We came in specifically to try the new deep cheese. There was none on the buffet so we asked if one was going to be put out and was told yes by the cashier. After waiting 30 minutes we asked the pizza maker and received no response. We ate what was on the buffet and still none came out. As we were getting ready to leave we saw a man hand the pizza maker an order form. It would be nice if someone told us to fill out a form or even if there was a sign! So yes go eat there but don’t forget to fill out an order form for your favorite!

So I placed a $53 order. I arrive and of course it’s backed up per usual. I get to the counter and the gentleman retrieved my order for me. The cinnamon rolls didn’t have any frosting so the young man applies some to the cinnamon rolls. There are a few without sauce so I asked the young man if he could apply some to the area. The manager “Lloyd” decides he needs to approach the young man and ask did he charge me. The young man stated no he didn’t. The manager LLYOD does a no no shake to him. I asked the young man what was said and if he was talking about the frosting. The young man stated yes ma’am. I then proceeded to state that’s stupid to bring out cinnamon rolls with no frosting and sit and the cashier has to apply with no gloves, or anything sanitary. It’s nasty enough when Lloyd was refilling the salad bar, he’s sweaty with no gloves on and then pulls out his phone to text. This location has been going down hill for months as management has changed and so have the employees. Corporate needs to come and take a look on cameras at how this place is ran. Moral of the story: don’t think I’ll pay extra for $7 cinnamon rolls when there wasn’t even any sauce. Piss poor customer service

my little grand chose CiCi’s for our lunch outing ♀️ … I tried suggesting another restaurant but my grand wanted Cici’s brownies… I have never been a CiCi fan and only went so much in years past to appease my children.. now that I have grands, guess I’ll continue to yield and put on a … This (Cedar Hill, Texas CiCi”s Pizza) location was clean and organized… had a very fresh salad bar… clean plates and utensils… mannerable staff…reasonably priced small game area for children…. Overall it was a nice experience & my grand had a great time …that’s what really counts.

Today we decided to order take-out from this location, and the way our food was packed is disgusting. When I opened the box of cinnamon rolls, they were all uneven, and clearly from different batches. The pizza is also the same, there is even a loose topping on one slice of pizza that we did not ask. Sadly, this is not the first time this has happened to us, last time we’ve had to go back to the place and ask for a new batch, because they were in the same condition and had a hair, and pizza sauce on one of them. I feel we should have gotten fresh batches of our items as paying customers. I hope someone reads this review and addresses the issues, I’m sick of it.

Not sure where to start, Ummmm ok first off it was literally no workers so the pizza was very limited because only one guy was making them for everyone, he definitely did his best at keeping up with all the hungry customers, next the place was a mess it was no clean place to sit and eat, literally every table was filled with dirty plates, food etc, next the restrooms was horrible it honestly spoiled my appetite all together…. I honestly felt sorry for the few workers they had, they definitely need to hire more staff to get this place together…. The manager was a nice guy and you could tell he was drowning but was trying to maintain everything….. hire some of these teens and put them to work and get this place together, families loves Cicis and it’s the only one in our area

Very dirty all tables had food and trash. Seats falling apart . Soda machine had no ice the were using a bucket on the counter for ice. No one who was preparing food had on gloves. My kids had been asking to go here when we finally went we were highly disappointed with this location
