I walked in and it felt like I was interrupting a conversation between two employees, one male and one female. I asked for no cheese on a pizza after saying I’m ordering for a vegan and the cashier about lost her mind. Her reaction for this simple request was over—the—top ridiculous. After educating her on what a vegan is, her and the guy she was talking to failed to tell the cook to hold back the garlic butter on the crust. I didn’t realize that the crust had butter on it took I was almost done eating the whole medium pizza after I got home. My stomach hasn’t felt very good ever since eating this. I wouldn’t say it’s making me sick, it just doesn’t feel that great and it’s been 24 hours since I ate it. I’m not sure how we live in the year 2023 and there are still so many people that don’t understand what vegan is and what that even means. I don’t typically eat out often because I always have to send food back after being served, but this was takeout and I was hungry and didn’t even think of butter being on the crust, but neither did the employees, even though it’s their job to know these things. The food came out quick and they were at least nice to a point, but me not feeling too good after eating this pizza makes me have to leave an honest review. I just wished I could have left more stars. I gave at least 3 stars because the quality of ingredients and the cooks being quick about service and the employees up front at least trying to help me out even though they forgot, but I hope to be able to give a better review the next time I come through and get some pizza there. I just wish they were a little more prepared for accommodating vegans for my first visit there.

Yep, they are very friendly. Yep, they are accommodating. The manager is knowledgeable about food allergy concerns and actually takes it very serious. Just for that, they get 5 stars everywhere.

This Cicis to go has definitely gone down hill, go from 4.99 for a large pepperoni walk in price to over 6 dollars for walk in price. Absolutely ridiculous and staff are far from friendly, and have attitudes if you even ask a question about a price. They do not honor the prices they have listed and say those are corporate prices not private own store prices if asked. Very disappointed in this place.

We ordered a BBQ chicken pizza with banana peppers and was told they just call them green bell peppers. Then when we got the pizza they said they don’t have banana peppers. So why not say that instead of making a pizza with something no one asked for, learn your ingredients or don’t do the job.

The guy who answered the phone seemed a little rude but the guy was nice when I was inside picking up my order was nice I believe he was needing help upfront however because the phone was ringing off the hook while he was trying to deal with front and asked someone to get that and he only walked up and sent to hold or silence with out speaking to the customer and asking if they would hold that was wrong because I seen about 4 people in the back and 1 was cutting she could have at least went up but since the guy did he should of made it worth it and answered correctly anyway the pizza was cooked 85 % better than ci ci in ennis that’s for sure
