After many months of coming in here and then not having any diet drinks, now they have no tea, the salad is warm, the dressing is warm, and all the pizza’s been out over 45 minutes from the look of it. This place is going downhill and it’s on a heavy slide.

Straws were in a cup by register unwrapped with no hand sanitizer around. When I told them that they were out of napkins she said let me check then came around counter to confirm it was empty before giving me napkins. Wanted to have a pizza made but they were “too busy” 1 other family there finishing. I was left with old pepperoni pizza and a bunch of stuff with jalapeños (which I do not eat) just avoid this place.

Cici’s in Gun Barrel is our fun little go-to spot when we want to mix things up a bit. The food is typical of a regular Cici’s, so no complaints. They actually will make you a personal pizza for free if you dine in and order the buffet. They have a handful of games that are, honestly, probably a little overpriced, but what place isn’t nowadays.

The pizza was okay, not great. The service needed a little work. My husband ordered a side of wings but instead of calling out his name or bringing them to him they put them in the warmer. It was not very busy.

I remember going to cicis havi g pizza them braking off to drop a few bx worth of quarters in the vidio games good news the pizza is still the same fast hot and munchie the video games are still there better than ever but ill be dipped if i can figure out where the quarters go and dipped deeper if anyone was around to explane it, make no mistake the staff was busy the place was clean but they should hire someone strictly as entertainment guide
