Matt, the general manager, is extremely kind! He greets all his customers with a smile all the time. I really enjoy eating at this Cici’s or ordering to go. The place is always really clean. The pizza is fresh and delicious. I’ve been to many other locations but this one stands out the most! I highly recommend it!

The staff was very friendly in the restaurant was relatively clean despite being so busy when we arrived. It’s been a long time since I’ve been to CiCi’s pizza, and when I asked one of the employees if they remember these long buns with chocolate sauce on them, he said they hadn’t made it in years but that he would make something special that I might remember. It turned out to be the Apple pizzas from a long time ago with a twist! This was actually pretty awesome despite my diet which I was happy to break this time. Will definitely come again when I feel like breaking my diet! And the price for each buffet on a Saturday was only $7.99.

This is a ‘newer’ location and you can tell by the store design, layout, etc. Food quality is good and the pizza very tasty, veggies are fresh too. Only negative about the food is that pizza buffet seems smaller than other locations so it always feels like there are maybe two or three less options available. I’ve been there on a couple of occasions during peak time (Saturday lunch or dinner time) and there large piles of dirty plates and utensils at both of the areas where they have set up for people to place those items at.

Pizza reminded me of the kind I had at my University dining halls. It wasn’t great but good enough. They do make the pizza like you want so that’s the only thing I appreciate about the place. You can try this place once if you are curious about their pizzas. They had good macaroni and cheese bread.

My children loves CiCis! This is the only location I go to when we do visit. The food is always fresh, the employees are frantically friendly and the inside the establishment is always clean. Great place to go for a bday party to eat limitless pizza and dessert!!

I call in an order for 2 pizzas at 5:37 pm. June 5, 2023 ORDER# 200100114. I walk in at 6pm and am told my pizzas aren’t ready and wait 15 mins. Her manager (young skinny white guy) asked her about my order and she lied to him saying I just called it in. It had already been 23 minutes since I placed my order. Mistakes happen, so I kept quiet and didn’t tattle on her lie. I take a seat and wait. She completely ignores the fact that I’m sitting there still waiting until an hour of my order I go up to her and I show the cashier the time stamp on my phone call to CiCis and point to the current time and say we are now at the 1 hr mark. She goes to get someone who looks in the pickup warmer and there are my pizzas with a ticket stamped with the exact time I called it in: Exactly 1 hour before. The cashier never bothered to look and my pizzas were there the whole time that I’m waiting. Then she offers me a $1 soda for her mistakes. What an insult that was! I won’t be back. I’ve been in customer service management for over 20 years. You will have an integrity issue with her if you don’t already.

It’s been about 10 years since I last time I went to Cicis. I enjoyed it. The server was very nice to cook. I order what I wanted and you got it to me. Lots of barbecue chicken, and cream spinach. You can never have enough barbecue chicken and cream spinach took my friend that’s from New York. Yes I know it’s not the same thing but yet she never try CiCi’s and she loved it. Especially if you dip the pizza and ranch, and some crushed peppers and parmesan cheese. I won’t be going there until the next 10 years. I had enough bread to last me a whole week.

This location is always great, but I dined in instead of carry-out. The food was very overcooked, tasted bad to the point that my family and I didn’t eat much. It was not a good expirence, I regret the money spent for it. The staff was friendly and pleasant. The facility was nice and clean too. So it may have been a off day with the food, just happen to be on Mother’s day, and made me feel sick. It bummed me out bc I love Cici’s. I would say order carry-out and find another location to dine in.
