10/10 greatest experiences I’ve had at a cici’s. They opened the door for us to come in and was greeted with kindness. I had one of the best times ever at this Cicis Pizza. The staff & manager (Skylar) were so friendly, attentive & and just seemed in high spirits. I was able to ask the front cashier a question about the menu & she was very patient & knowledgeable. The place was clean & the food kept coming out pretty quickly. I was pretty much able to try each pizza even though it was pretty busy. I have to give them their props. They did an amazing job during my visit, I have no complaints!

I RARELY leave reviews. But I couldn’t wait to leave one here. I have never in my life seen such great customer service and hard workers. The staff was very young and of all abilities. Every. Single. Staff member was friendly and constantly moving. We were greeted when we walked in, checked on by staff and told goodbye when we left. I had my 3 daughters with me and at one point we were all four just sitting in silence watching everyone work. It was truly amazing to see their work ethic and friendliness. The manager appeared pretty young as well and was doing AMAZING. While at the buffet, he engaged in conversation with customers and I heard him constantly praising the staff and literally patting them on the back. We will be back frequently! Great job!!!

Amazing staff, especially a young girl named Jasmine. She was incredibly sweet. Every one else was very friendly yet professional. They also checked to make sure I was enjoying everything, Truly made it a comfortable atmosphere to enjoy my lunch. Food was delicious and fresh. Truly truly fantastic. 10/10 would drive 40 mins to come to this location again!(;

Had a great experience at this location. Went on a Friday night and It was pretty busy, but all the employees kept everything running smoothly and efficiently. From the manager to the ones cleaning tables and everyone in between everyone was contributing and working hard. Pizza was hot and fresh and very well stocked on the buffet. We will definitely be back!

I don’t ever leave a review unless service is really good or really bad! In this case service was OUTSTANDING!!!!! I came here a few years ago when the new owner Mark was taking over! He came out and greeted us and set the bar for other Cici’s! Here I am years later still impressed! He wasn’t here today, but his son Scotland was! He would be so proud to know that a tight ship is being ran even in his absence!!! I drive all the way from Frisco, skipping many locations just to come here! Good job guys! KEEP IT UP!!!!
