The pizza was so old and dried out that the cheese looked like it was turning into mold. There were only two people in the restaurant and six employees and not said a word to us. They were too busy on their phones. They never changed the pizza and did not allow me to order a new one from the buffet. I feel like they stole my money. Do not go here. I worked for a Cicis in high school that actually cared. I will be calling corporate on this franchise to show them ALL the videos and pictures I took.

if you go before the rush it’s great. you can place an order for whatever type of pizza you want and it’ll be ready in less than 10 minutes. fresh pizzas come out quickly and everything is great. they do military discount as well

Did an online order. Online went good except I couldn’t use my bank card. Only a credit card. It was easy to order and tip all online. 2 of my son’s picked up the order. They said customer service was awesome. Food got here, 3 large pizza’s and garlic bread, which was really great. So overall awesome customer service. Keep up the good work

This was the first time I have been inside Cicis in years. I was shocked at how bad it was. First of all…It cost us 25 bucks for two of us. That’s crazy. Second, the variety was non existent compared to what it used to be. The only thing besides the normal pepperoni, cheese, cheesey bread, and Alfredo pizzas really was a mac and cheese pizza that was absolutely awful. They used to have so much more for so much less. There were more deserts back in the day too…not a lot but more. Everything about the place was less than compared to what it once was… except for the price. We won’t be going back.

Food was really good. Anytime any food ran out, it was only a few minutes until they had the next fresh batch out. The staff was really nice and helpful as well. Clean dishes and tables. The only thing that was nasty were the women’s restroom. I’m glad I decided to use it until I was done with my meal cause I wouldn’t have wanted to keep eating after.

Definitely the worst Cicis that I have been to or could imagine walking into. Food was terrible. Restaurant was filthy. Employees were swearing and using the F word loud enough for customers to hear. I feel like I got ripped off and can’t believe that it was $12.
