I’ve been over a 5 year customer to Ci Cis in Saginaw and I will not return. Me my fiancé p( she’s pregnant) went to enjoy pizza tonight at 8:45. There was an hour and 15 min left until closing and the staff refused to let us sit away from a crowded section of the restaurant. The excuse was it helps our employees have the store clean before closing. I politely asked the manager if we could sit away from the crowd to enjoy our meal and she refused in a very rude manner. I then asked for a refund and she exclaimed aloud “I don’t care, go eat somewhere else!” while all other employees laughed. I am completely let down by the lack of professionalism and common courtesy at this establishment.

The lady at the front could not possibly have more unfriendly and rude. I went on monday to get the discount but she refused to give it to me. She did let the people of color behind me use it with no coupon. Her face was in a permanent scowl. So very unpleasant. The lettuce was wilty the pizza very thin and cold and their dessert pizza area was empty for almost the entire time we were there.

May 21 843pm staff really rocked it. Ive been coming to this cicis for a long time and always been good. Tonight tho i have to say was absolutely amazing in every way. From the cashier to the guy making sure there is fresh pizza to the guy picking up plates.even the janitor everyone working together on this shift tonight 🙂 Best service i have ever seen here. The team workn tonight deserves to know they exceeded expectations .ty so much

Affordable pizza buffet for sure. Salad, pizza and desserts were available and tasty. Custom pizza they made for me was yummy. Overall good experience. Can be more hygiene and also on Labor Day 2021, they had some issue going between employees which is kinda uncomfortable.

Great place and it’s pretty clean I’d say my only issue is some of the food was hard but they keep the bar full and the staff is nice and it’s a really kid friendly place they have a clean restrooms overall great environment even though I believe it’s overpriced.

I was looking to dine in but the buffet was closing when I got there. It didn’t dawn on me that they had a takeout service now. And the friendly lady at the counter let me know that I can order one to go. Medium one topping (chicken) pizza. The only complaint I can say is that the pizza needed some seasoning. But the staff was extremely friendly and professional.
