Everything was warm and fresh and the staff was so kind and working so hard during a Friday night rush. They kept putting out new pizzas left and right, keeping the buffet stocked and the people full❤️ they were also kind enough to continue taking requests for pizzas through the chaos.

Absolutely the worst dining experience! When I walked in three Spanish women laughed. I said 1 please. The girl mopped the floor looked at me and asked: To go? I said: I’d like to eat, please. They charged me $12.62 for dry, lukewarm, bland pizza and bland, watered down tea. The salad was the only thing worth eating. I asked about getting wings and they actually wants to charge me extra after paying over $12 to get in the door. The women working the kitchen don’t speak English, so they have an interpreter. The young woman interpreted and the other woman had the nerve to laugh when I asked about wings. They’re rude and I’ll mannered. Absolutely the worst service ever! This restaurant is not even worth $1. I’ll never go back.

Passing thru and decided to give this place a try. Have to admit it was one of the best experiences I’ve had at a Cicis in quite sometime. Friendly staff and plenty of food! I requested a pizza and it was immediately cooked and placed on the buffet. Very clean and organized restaurant! Definitely a must try if passing through!

Employees need to pay attention to the surroundings. Salad was empty, and I shouldn’t be the one to remind an employee. It should be taken care of right away. Same with straws or ice. If I’m paying money for dinner, I expect service at my convenience, not at the employees’ convenience.
