I use to go to focus as a kid, and I decided to share that awesome experience with my son. The way the salad, , the dressing and, produce is stored is appalling. There is no way, it is possible

Friendly staff – beyond that…this place needs some help. AC was iffy, child seats were dirty, and I agree with another review that the salad dressing was awfully warm. I wish I could give this 5 stars – the staff friendliness deserves it, however the other main areas were lacking.

Sadly, it’s nothing like it used to be. No arcade area for the kids, no tvs with cartoons playing. Just one on each end of the dining area. Nothing interesting on, even if you could see it. That, we could deal with, though my grandsons were disappointed. Sign on buffet line says to ask for your favorite pizza if you don’t see it, they will gladly make it for you. There was 6 in our party, so my daughter asked the young man behind the counter for pepperoni w/ pineapple and BBQ chicken. The kid acted like he didn’t know what she was talking about. He supposedly wrote it down and brushed her off. We watched and waited as he put other pizzas out. None of what we requested, so we waited. Next thing we saw was him filling up a box of random pieces off the buffet and walked out the front door. Never came back in. My daughter went up and told the young lady what happened. She apologized and made us one of the requested pizzas. We boxed it up and left. She was very kind and helpful, the only good thing about our experience. Sad to say, we will never go back there.

I had a great experience today. Pizzas were regularly being added, so there were lots of fresh options. Workers were cleaning and getting the dirty plates out of the area super quickly. It was really clean and fast compared to a lot of the cicis that are still open around.

they were busy getting their ‘to go’ orders out so the buffet went unchanged for a bit but they were very attentive to the needs of those of us dining in. They promptly took my order and got my pizza out just as quickly as everyone else’s. Due to personal preference I don’t eat pork and that’s all that was on the buffet and without asking about the sausage on the pizza I decided not to eat it… but they got it out really fast. Good job, Team.

Not sure if this is the standard now with modern day CiCis or it’s just this location but the food quality was terrible. Location was dirty, and when I asked for a specific pizza the lady looked at me like I had 2 heads, for what reason I dont know. The brownies were so undercooked even my 11 yrold commented on she hopes we don’t get sick from taking a bite. There was next to no sauce on any of the pizza. Just overall won’t be back. Even my kids don’t wanna come back and that’s saying something.

Absolute worst Cicis I’ve ever been to. The worker was on his phone the entire time. Made a salad, asked for French as listed and without even looking away from his phone he said “what you see is what we have”. I’m pregnant and have been craving salads quite often, and the kids wanted pizza so it was the perfect plan! Until I had to drive to Aldis to buy French dressing for my salad. When I got back he was STILL on his phone. Another couple had walked in and the other worker was trying to get his attention. She eventually had to come tap him to let him know someone was waiting at the front. The salad was SUCH a disappointment. Room temp lettuce, frozen cucumbers, stale croutons (yes, I know they’re stale bread. Leave croutons out of a sealed bag all day and taste one). Everything else tasted old as well, and there were 3 pizza options. I asked for a pepperoni & sausage as we can in Ohio, and they’ll bring you a little one to your table. Here, they never brought it or let me know it was made. 15 minutes later I went to check and it was just sitting in the serving area. Like thank you I guess, but different. Decide I’m just not going to eat, the girls wanted to play games… out of the 3 games they have, 1 is broken and there’s a big gumball machines tower and about 1/4 of work, but all will take the money

Made it in at 8:50 they let us know buffet would be close by 9:30 by 9:30 they came back cleaning our plates off and simply rushing us. My husband step out at 9:45 an employee came out and ask him “to get your kids because I have to clean”. My husband walks inside and employees said y’all have to go already. Paid $38 to have deep cleaning around me and being rushed out. Closing and cleaning should be done after restaurant is closed not while full paying customers are still eating.
