I ordered a large cheesy bread with extra, extra cheese and in my personal opinion this isn’t extra, extra cheese. I was going to pay for it so it should’ve been added. The young man that was at the register may have been the manager. I opened the box before I left and said this isn’t extra, extra cheese and he proceeds to tell me that he told them to put extra cheese on it. When I pay for something I expect to receive what I pay for. It wasn’t busy inside and he and the young woman who was working were chit chatting. My bread appears as if it stayed in the oven a bit longer than needed. The bread near edge was as though it stayed in the oven longer than needed. I hadn’t looked at my receipt as I just folded it and put it in my pocket without looking at it. I asked for 1 ranch but he told me they normally charge for ranch yet it’s on my receipt. I guess he didn’t charge for the cheese or the cost of the ranch was the same price. I was just disappointed. You know how you have a taste for something and then it doesn’t turn out the way you expected. Anyone that personally knows me knows that I love cheese. I won’t visit this location again.

This location was great. They had plenty of pizza and when i asked for a specific one they made it quickly. Place was really clean. My only complaint was that it was kinda warm inside, not sure if it was an ac problem or it was just really hot outside. Will definitely come back.

The third time I’ve been here where the Buffet is completely empty. Waited 15 minutes this time before I decided to leave this review but regularly they do not have pizza out on the buffet

It’s definitely not a titan of a pizza chain that it used to be, but it still has all of the perks. This chain still offers varieties of pizza combinations and desserts. With that being said, food is definitely good, but it can be inconsistent. The atmosphere of the place has seemed more and more empty, but I find this to be more of a positive than a negative. I will definitely go back if I’m ever in that neck of the woods.

We ordered for pickup. The cheese on the sausage pizza only goes halfway up the pizza, the sausage looks like it’s just crumbled ground meat! The cinnamon rolls are not buttery like they use to be. They were dried out and very little sauce. We will not be ordering from here again.

If you like cheese or pepperoni you’re fine but if you aren’t 5 then go to another cicis. It’s 7oclock and they just closed half of the seating area and the game room. They just started getting business. They also charge for kids under 3 while all the other cici in the area do not. We won’t be back. If you want cici I suggest skipping this one and going to the one on fry road. More variety and way friendlier staff.
