While iam happy the do serve the taco pizza because some places don’t make it. The staff could be friendly with the customers. Not once did they smile at anyone other than each other. Even the manager didn’t greet or smile at us or the people behind us as we payed. He seemed annoyed that we ordered a taco pizza. I mentioned to him that I would like a whole one for myself ( also for my buddies who came with me) and he just said ok. And when he called out that the taco pizza was finished he said ” ole for the buffet”. I told him 3 times it was for me and he could have brought it to me or held it so that other people wouldn’t eat off it but nope, he was lazy and didn’t care. They even cut the pizza in tiny squares instead of the slices. Its hard to get the taco pizza when the cuts are so small. As we eat I watched them to see how they interact with other guest, and yet no smiles or welcomes from them. They do however laugh and make jokes to each other, smile at one another often. Positive: didn’t look dirty in there, didn’t smell dirty at all.

Honestly, they don’t even deserve a star at all!!! The restaurant was DISGUSTING!!! Barely any clean tables, all high chairs were nasty, dishes piled high, stuff all over the floor!!! They didn’t even have anyone trying to clean, they were too busy talking. The manager is RUDE!!! It was a waste of money!!!

Probably the worst experience I have ever had at a Cici’s Pizza. The dining room was just horrible, the pizza was old and dried out, the salad bar was full of dried out and “warm” veggies. My worst was my favorite chicken noodle soup that they almost always have. There wasn’t any noodles in the soup, much less a good amount of chicken. I asked the managed if they had any more coming out because this one was empty. He came over, looked at the container, and then said to me that there’s plenty there. I told him, “It doesn’t have hardly any noodles in it.” He then floored me when he told me that the noodles have to be added in the bowl, they don’t get cooked in the chicken soup….I was speechless. I served myself some anyways…and of course, the noodles had no flavor what-so-ever. I don’t think I will be coming back to this one again…

Out of all of the Cici’s I’ve been to, this location has the best flavor! The atmosphere is excellent, too. Thr employees were friendly, and seemed to enjoy their jobs. Will definitely return!

I been wanting to visit a cicis for a while. We haven’t gone since the pandemic. Before this one I went to visit another location also on Spencer but I it was soo crowded and not enough tablets so we left. Decided to go to this location and it was ok.

This place is nice and clean. Majority of the pizza are fill in there spot pizza trays. Food was hot and ready. Staff was no too inviting. No greetings otherwise I would gave 5 stars. Please share and like.
