I am actually very upset! It’s hot in here I’m literally sweating! I ordered a bacon club pizza they didn’t make it correct and threw tomato sauce on top, gross. The cinnamon rolls are thin. However I don’t feel like the manager is rude, although I would normally ask for my money back at this point and drive to League City CiCi’s but I don’t think he would give me my money back. I was also told the pizzas stay on buffet no individual pizzas and the pizzas up there look gross. Don’t be like me and try it, listen to the reviews. Won’t come back

First experience with CiCi pizza. I was super shocked at the price. It was so cheap especially to have an open buffet. The employees look exhausted and burned out though. The whole store was dirty with plates and pizza thrown all over the floor/tables. The game room was inoperable. The best part for me was the salad. The pizza was mainly just bread with very tiny toppings. I did enjoy seeing the rotation of the pizza, but the quality was not tasty. They also served pasta.

This is by far the worst cici’s I’ve been.The pizza was horrible quality. Half the playroom was inoperable, in fact my sisters ball got stuck in the claw machine and none of the employees have a key to it for some reason.Onestly the only good thing was the cheesy bread and the pasta I guess.Not coming again.

Yes, buffet is open during post pandemic drama! The cashier was super nice and the pizza was in line with the CiCis you remember! Mac & Cheese pizza was really good this time around too! Clean restaurant and small arcade to make the kids leave you alone was A++++. Gumball machines from olden’ days are a nice touch!

This place was the worst Cici’s we’ve been to. There was hardly any lettuce for the salad. I went to the guy cutting pizza and asked if he was the only one here. He said no, but he took our money at the register which means he was the cashier, then was putting out pizzas too. I told him I needed to order a personal pizza and that there was no salad for the bar. He puts in my pizza order and goes to get the lettuce and fills the same container. It was horrible. Lettuce with no tomatoes…what kind of salad is that?!? Looks to me like he’s the only one there working. The pizza came out and it’s not personal it went on the bar with the rest. The pizza hardly had any toppings let alone cheese. When looking at the other pizzas on the bar they all looked like that. Definitely not coming back here!

Kids had never been and staff was friendly. The fount drink machine was not fully functional and place could be cleaned up inside. Pizzas were excellent and even ordered one for the table which was hot and fresh. The manager on duty was very well mannered and polite to talk with about concerns and made our experience delightful. Will visit again soon.

Friendly staff we had to put our tables together and then separate since he said they do not do that for the family to be together, we cleaned our table after also plates and drinks. The food was ok. Nice place for kids to go to game room since other/ mostly other places are no longer good shape.

Bleh! Used to come here occasionally. Cicis food in general just went down in quality. Definitely understaffed. Went for an end of soccer season party. Just gross!Two different spots in ceiling were leaking water into buckets. Our almost 3$ drinks- ice ran out and soda tasted watered down. Tried different flavors before finding tea was ok. That cardboard is not pizza. Just go somewhere else…

The lunch staff on 3/26/23 is freaking AMAZING! Two gentlemen and one kitchen person had this place like a well oil machine. From entry to food order to cleanliness, just amazing for a afternoon meal between softball! They even specially made a specialty pizza and dessert pizza for us. With a after church crew. Thank you guys for providing service and hopefully management rewards staff like YOU THREE with promotions! Value of service!
