It’s not bad for buffet style pizza, but this location is filthy. There is crusted, dried up food on the sides of the drink machine, the restrooms looked like they were never cleaned, there was a roach dead on one of the tables and every table was nasty despite being nearly empty. It literally looked like a health inspectors nightmare. Won’t go back.

This was my first Cicis Pizza experience in YEARS. My first ever here in New Braunfels. The food was really good. I found out they offer crustless pizza as an option! Anyway, in an Era where bad attitudes are everywhere, this place had good food, smiles from the employees, everyone was working hard… it was a great thing to see and experience. I will definitely be back!

Been to quite a few Cici’s and this rates as the worst. Wouldn’t honor my free drink coupon, when I asked for to go cups gave me kids cups. Dirty dirty dirty. Kids working here seem moderately happy so I guess it’s just really bad management

Coworkers and I had the lunch buffet. Staff was excellent, courteous, helpful. Food was excellent as well. Wide variety of pizzas on the buffet, along with salad, soup, pasta and desserts. I would return for the buffet.
