I will give this restaurant 3 only because one of my favorite meals is pork chops. I have had them twice and they have been stuff. I asked him to not let them stay on the grill too long, or he could tenderize them in a Brin and then put them on the grill to get the taste and marks. They make the best Salsa because it is made daily. The Salsa get 5 stars!

I find their proteins like their pork chops and steaks to be completely dried out and extremely tough because they over grill them. Twice my experience was dried out meat that you can barely cut and chew literal cardboard. However, the flavor of their food is very good. They just gotta understand you don’t have to cook something to death for it to be done. Meat should be done but still juicy and moist not saw dust.

I can’t say enough good things about this place. I probably come here on a monthly basis (either for dine in or take out) and I have never had a bad meal. I usually always get either the vegetable quesadilla or the steak quesadilla and they are incredible every time. Their chips and salsa are also delicious. And when I do dine in, I always make sure to get a margarita and have fried ice cream for dessert. This place is a hidden gem!

PLEASE READ ! I am very fussy about food and taste and Cilantro blew me away. My tio and I went yesterday 5/9 for the first time and I must say the authenticity of the food was spot on and the taste brought me back to Mexico. Everything from the salsa, to the rice, and the perfectly cooked meats was so delicious my taste buds were on fire. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND CILANTRO!!

Cilantro is a rather small Mexican restaurant tucked into the back of a plaza, but don’t let that stop you from going! The food here is delicious and the portions are massive! I do agree with some that the salsa tastes a bit different, I thought it had almost a barbeque taste to it, though my mom thought it just had a sweet taste.

If I had the option I wouldn’t even give a star to be brutally honest. I ate from this place once before and it was “ok” (how could you mess up nachos & cheese anyway right?) I’ll get straight to the point..The food looked and tasted like it took 5 minutes to throw together AFTER I got it back to my house due to their trusted service “Grub Hub” they use to deliver their orders left $65 worth of food at another house down the street WITHOUT EVEN KNOCKING? Mind you it snowed the day before and my food is just left on the wrong addresses porch.The only reason I know this is fortunately my wife knows the woman where the food was left and she called to let us know. She was in the kitchen when the food was left and the driver had the nerve to just leave it there and not even knock?? I then called cilantro and they supposedly gave me the drivers number so I could maybe get a reasonable excuse? When I called the drivers phone he just played it off like I had the wrong number and hung up on me(good idea my man) I will never order from this dump again and if anyone ever asks me about it I’ll simply suggest McDonald’s. I’m pretty sure there’s inmates in jail who had a better dinner than I did last night after ordering from “Cilantro”. Never again.
