refrigerator noise
Not sure how this Cilantro mexican restaurant has only 23 reviews considering all the busy clientele this food court receives on a daily basis but this outdated overpriced place charged me $6 a taco – rip off. The employee has said the chicken was “very good” but it was not seasoned, lacked any salt and was purely bland. Decor makes you feel like you’re stuck in 1997.

Overpriced. The staff here are extremely rude for literally no reason. They need better customer service. I simply asked for 2 cups of salsa and the bigger guy responded with “ANYTHING ELSE”? as if I offended him, mind you it was not busy so it shouldn’t have been a problem, and regardless you dont need to be so impolite. Beware.

Food is delicious, but we stopped eating there just for one big reason “the cashier is so rude,” her costumer service is so bad with everyone. Too bad for the restaurant because they will miss a lot of people.

Employees are rarely kind. And you definitely don’t get what you pay for! I payed $11 for 2 tacos rice/beans and the tacos had very very little meat!!! Very disappointing every time I go but it’s the only Mexican restaurant close to my job 🙁

I love the food here but there is one employee who is always there during the lunch rush that is short with customers and unnecessarily rude. I have probably been a dozen times and it’s always the same story with her. There is no effort to accommodate special requests and when asking a question, I’m always met with a rude response. It almost seems that she goes out of her way to NOT be accommodating. After today’s visit, I’ve decided I will stop going to this location because I heard there is another location not too far with staff that is actually nice.

If you are looking for small bite place, this restaurant would be perfect for you. One tacos and soda costs you about 8 bucks. Of course it tastes awesome.
