I would give a 5 star because the food was really good i ordered the wings and fries $10 pick up on Grubhub (5 off 15)and these wings are really good and crispy the service sucked seems like family is very welcome here came in for pick up waited a while until more people came in then they decided to pay me attention place was clean just didn’t like the fact I was not acknowledged when I walked in looked like young people worked and I could tell they had the it’s just a job mentality….part 2 post I got the fajita chimichanga this time and do you see how much steak you get i ate half and im done definitely check this place out

The only reason they get one star is because i had to make this comment for starters no one really greeted us the food came out alllll wrong the waiter also was very impatient and this whole experience was horrible my group was really patient and never was rude and this is the service we got no one tried to understand nor help the situation so I will not be attending this place ever again it was horrible and this is most definitely not Mexican food this food seem like it came out of a can the pictures was the only thing i got i didn’t even think to take other pictures

Very little flavoring or seasoning. The only positive about this place is the salsa. It is super hot and sticky inside, like it’s humid. The tables in the booth I’m guessing are oversized so it is really difficult for the person on each side to not be squished. Service was slow. Server was whispering when asking us questions so I had to keep asking him to repeat. The meat tastes like it came out of a can. I normally love Mexican food but this place is actually awful. No wonder they have specials almost everyday.

They get 3 stars from me because the temp outside was 96 and INSIDE was really warm instead of nice and cool, in my opinion the chips were cold and tasted stale, the Chile con queso was kind of watery, the margaritas were also watery and tasted bland, the fajitas were tender (not chewy) and had decent flavor, the rice and beans were just ok, the service was very good everyone was attentive and pleasant, I can’t say if I’ll go back as is fresh in my mind the unpleasant temp inside.

Shared many good memories here. Food is the best for the price. Margaritas are close to perfection! They will substitute to your preference, all you have to do is ask. Service is amazing. Saul and Marina are amazing, even on the busiest of days. 1/2 price for enchiladas after 4pm on Monday. Keep in mind it is 1960 and 45. Fun times! the patio could use some updating …but we don’t sweat the small stuff.!

The best Mexican food I had since I came back to Texas. This place serves the best food and the strongest margaritas. Only $6 for a flavor margarita as well. I’m addicted to this place. Highly recommend. Love getting the Mango Margarita with the Beef Mexican Tacos. Also, busboy is pretty cute and super friendly!!!

The enchiladas are incredible…. I had the beef and my wife had the chicken. We both enjoyed our meals. The corn tortillas were perfectly cooked, the beef was perfectly seasoned, the chicken was incredible….. The refried beans were perfectly cooked and great tasting and great consistency of texture. The rice was delicious as well. The portions are definitely worth what you pay for. Plenty of food for the price. Only downside is that my appetite wasn’t bigger to eat more. I look forward to going back here for another meal. The staff was definitely on point, friendly and quick to refresh our drinks, also with checking if anything else was needed. It would be nice if all restaurants were run like this one. I wish that there was a location in the San Antonio area.

I frequent this place but I only get my food to go due to the waitstaff being rude ,I honestly feel as though it’s discriminatory because I notice patrons of different ethnicities receive better treatment ,upon my last visit getting food to go I had 2 different orders and noticed they only put 2 of the small salsas in the bag when I requested one for the other order rightfully so the manager began to argue with me about getting chips and salsa for free when I never asked for or expected anything with no charge …I was so taken back by the exchange that I told him not to even worry about it and I left and will not return…I’ll continue to patronize Carlos and Mi Rancho ! They know how to treat their customers
