Food was great. Had both the Chilaquiles Verde and the Corn Flake Crusted French Toast off the Brunch Menu. The service was friendly. The space is beautiful and has a nice view of the Mississippi. Food took awhile to come out. But all and all, I enjoyed everything and can recommend CIMAS. It’s a nice choice if your looking for something other than BBQ.

When we first arrived, it was empty so we had a seat in the very back with the best view. Jessica waited on us and was great. We really enjoyed ourselves. Drinks and food was great. I’ll definitely be back.

We had a delicious breakfast at CIMAS. They have an original approach on some breakfast options. The fresh juices and coffee beverages were awesome. Many gluten free options.

Told about this place from a tour guide – great recommendation. I heard their lunch is very good too. I believe it. Went for brunch. Very delicious French toast and good mimosas. Very nice staff. Beautiful decor.

Dinner is delicious too!! Don’t sleep on dinner at Cimas. The polenta/grits with turnips, mushrooms and spinach are by far one of the best in the city. The scallops, seared fish and short ribs are a reason to make a reservation today!

My wife and I walked here hoping to find a great restaurant and hotel. This restaurant was well reviewed so we thought we’d try it. Since we weren’t hotel guest we were refused a table but we’re offered seats at the bar. We sat at the bar and reviewed the brunch menu. My wife attempted to order a mimosa and was told they didn’t have any champagne. We left. Brunch at the Peabody is great! Go there!

Delicious breakfast options while we were staying at the hotel. Lots of fresh and unique options plus classic breakfast favorites. Coffee was hot and service was prompt. Barry our server was efficient and gave us tips for enjoying our time in Memphis! Definitely try the chilequiles, avocado toast, and fresh squeezed juice. Worth a visit while at the Hyatt or just on Beale street.
