Started with an Old Fashioned, which was a perfect complement to the Shrimp Boulettes appetizer. My entree was an 8 oz. Chimichurri Marinated Hanger Steak served with Brown Butter Cauliflower Orzo Salad. Finished with Key Lime Cheesecake, which was three small squares, not quite a slice of pie for my taste.. If you care about food presentation, Cinclare is as good as any fine dining in South Louisiana. Atmosphere is pleasant. If you’re celebrating a birthday, anniversary, retirement or other special occasion, you’ll enjoy the Cinclare Restaurant. We’ll be back.

The best restaurant and cocktail program in Houma-Thibodaux. It is at the level of good New Orleans restaurants, and is a huge asset to the region. If there is one way this place could improve, it would be with better acoustics. There’s something about every nice restaurant in this area, Cinclaire included, where they insist on hard floors, high ceilings, and nothing to dampen the sound. It shouldn’t deter you though. This place is a gem.

Do yourself a favor and visit this great restaurant in Thibodaux. We were attending a football camp and spent the week in the area. We are from Nashville, and have quite the selection of restaurants and did not know what to expect. Seriously, the service and food was unmatched by anyone else in the area. Reservations were quick and easy thru Resy. The staff truly cares about your experience. They were always prompt to ask if we needed anything. The bar drinks were spot on, and the food is absolutely amazing – everything we tasted melted in our mouths. We had the Duck Confit Birria Tacos, which were a perfect appetizer. We shared the Crab Alio e Olio, because it was amazing, as well as a special cut ribeye that our server described perfectly. Our complements to the Chef, the bar manager, and to the owner, Michael Dalmau who we had the pleasure of meeting that evening.
