My boyfriend (at the time) boss took him to Cinco de Mayo Mexican Grill after work for dinner. My boyfriend raved about how good the food was. Now, my husband ( )took me there and I must admit it was good. The job that he does must be no rain in order to do his job. It has been raining all week⛈️☔. I took him to Cinco today and he was very happy, the food never disappoint eating there. Keep it up

Sat there for 20 minutes before finally grabbing a random guy to ask who our waiter was. He got our order and someone else brought us out cheese dip. Another 10 minutes go by and they eventually bring out our drinks. That’s a total of 30 minutes sitting there without drinks. I put in my entree’ order when I put in my drink order bc who knew when they’d actually come back. 45 minutes later, still no tacos. Mind you, there was a waiter handling our section that walked by us several times and never acknowledged us. A family came in twenty minutes after us and was IMMEDIATELY greeted and given their drinks by the waiter. The most insulting part is when we finally had enough and left, they charged us for the drinks we waited 30 minutes to get. No apology. Nothing. I will NEVER be back here and I’ve come here many times before and had decent service and tipped well, but this is the last dollar Cinco de Mayo will ever get from me. How you handle your mess ups says a lot more about you as a business than anything else and there was zero accountability for the garbage service we received. Go elsewhere.

Ok, so we were driving by & saw this restaurant & being lunch time we gave it a try….ok….it was “slap myself upside the head” good! Yum…the place is huge, seating you fast, menu on point ….and the prices were good too.

Had the taco salad. It only had lettuce chicken and cheese. Chicken taste like it came out of a can and cold. No flavor. Had to flag a server down for jalapeños and Pico for salad. Them he charged extra for it. Will not be back

Not so impressed. Food tastes prepackaged. Very Tex Mex with not much flavor. Large servings. Horchata tasted like a mix and was thick and too sweet. My husband and I noticed older people were seated in the back while younger people were up front in the main seating area.
