Made a reservation through the Open Table app which made check-in for dinner very easy and quick. From start to finish my family enjoyed our meal and service. There are some items we won’t order next time just because we do not enjoy spicy food. However, if you do these items would be for you. We ordered queso for our table, which our waiter said wasn’t spicy but it was. Overall, it was delicious but we didn’t finish because of the spice. We also ordered the Mexican Street Corn, our tables favorite. One of my children ordered the kids cheese enchiladas with a red sauce, she didn’t enjoy it because it was dry. I ordered a crispy beef taco with rice and would order this again.

We were seating earlier than our reservation which was awesome! We started with churros and guacamole. The guacamole was small serving for an appetizer. You got four large churros.

We made reservations for 8pm and they forgot to call us we had to go and ask. Place is nice but it looks like chillis and food looks like microwave food. This place is not authentic mexican food.

Made a reservation for 8:15, waited in line almost 10 minutes. Waiter kept disappearing. By 9:40, still no food. After finally seeing the waiter after one of his many hiatus’ I told him to just cancel everything. He completely understood and apologized. Absolutely ridiculous experience for such an expensive resort. Why make reservations when it takes almost 2 hours to even receive food? Also, the view to our left of the bar was covered with used glasses. Very unsightly and unprofessional.

Salsa tastes like marinara. You’re definitely paying resort fees in the price of the subpar food. The tortilla soup was NOT tortilla soup. It actually tasted like some canned ravioli with unflavored chicken in it. It’s terrible. Couldn’t eat it. It took them 40 mins to get it to me… So thankfully it was refunded.

Ok Isaiah was an awesome server from the beginning! 5 star service and 5 star food! I had read a couple reviews that weren’t as glowing so we were nervous to try it. staying here trying this restaurant We are so glad we didn’t listen! It was absolutely delicious. Husband and I shared combo fajitas, lots of food, charro beans and rice, and chicken fajitas were so amazing!!

Our first time at this resort Worst service ever walked in no reservation waited for and hour to be seated and then after 40 minutes of nothing but chips and water while waiter was at the bar chatting it up with his coworkers we walked out I’m sure he noticed an hr later we where gone place wasn’t even busy. We did notice how the staff argued amongst them glad we didn’t get to try their food it would have fallen short for what Mexican food really is zero stars if it was an option

The waiter was exceptional with our large crowd. The food was not as good as I had hoped. The Guacamole was good but the Fajitas lacked flavor. They were tough & tasted as if they were boiled vs grilled.
