Really fantastic food! Definitely worth giving it a try. We enjoyed the vegetable enchiladas and the skirt steak with enchiladas.

What would you expect when walk into a restaurant and find out ONE person is running around as a waitress, a bartender, a busboy, taking orders by phone and a cashier, while customers are coming in? That’s right, a darn interesting experience . Today we decided to visit Cinco Sentidos Tex-Mex restaurant for lunch and that is what we encountered. As bad as it might sound, the lady (Jodie) doing all the works did an outstanding job clearly communicating with the customers, telling them what to expect but most importantly, she got the orders and delivered all the dishes in timely manner. Very interesting dinning experience but pleasant one since I felt we were being taken care of.

Good was pretty good. Went and ordered tacos to go. Got home no bacon in none of my tacos. Called and they said the cook said he put the bacon on there. Said it wasn’t much of a price difference. If it wasn’t for this would have been 4 stars.

Came for breakfast. I think I should have come for lunch or dinner. The drink selection looks amazing. I just couldn’t justify ordering a drink at 10am. I ordered the migas without beans. The beans are not vegetarian. The migas came with red potatoes and they were really good. The potatoes were not crispy which was surprising they were a little mushy but they were tasty. The migas were nice and crispy. However I don’t think there was enough tortillas in the migas. They have a red house salsa that is pretty good but it’s not that spicy. The coffee is good but nothing special.

Still trying to wrap my head around the fact that its been 4 years since we have been, why we didnt come back sooner…Service was very good…Chip..crisp..salsa…great and the queso was creamy and had perfect chip clingage…Wife went with her go to, beef Chiladas with Chipotle sauce…its looks like they changed up the recipe…being that this was almost black in color, but dang good with a “creeper” heat signature..My combo plate was delish and the Barbacoa Taco was one of the best I have had this far north of DT Austin…I have added this to my “Safe Haven” spots that I would go to have a good solid meal with great service.

This place is amazing. Local owned, and operated. Lovely people and food. You must go here if you want a small honestly home style type experience.

Let me start with important details. The frozen house margarita is the best I’ve tasted in Central Texas!!! Same for the refried beans. The chips are super yummy. The salsa was so good. Spicy and full of all the flavors you crave eating chips and salsa. The Shrimp Ala Mexicana is my favorite dish. I can’t stop coming here.

This is a neighborhood place that serves Creek Bend and Plantation. The dinner plates are excellent but the hours are weird and the staff is not very friendly. I do not recommend breakfast at all. Breakfast is actually terrible here. I have lived in the neighborhood for years and can’t quite figure this place out. It’s a mixed bag for sure.
