Called ahead to sit on the patio with our pup. Arrived and the host sat us outside and notified us it would be raining soon. (We actually did not realize so that was kind)

We went for dinner and were greeted by an awesome server who took time to answer our questions on the menu selection. We decided to order the brisket and boy were we impressed. Honestly the best meat I may have ever eaten! No joke. Along with the tangy Texas sauce it was heaven on a plate. Most and tender and so flavorful. The Brussels sprout side dish was also amazing. The service and attention was great throughout the meal. We will be back!! Kudos to Cinder BBQ!

Had dinner with some friends. My pulled pork platter was good. The pork was juicy and flavorful, coleslaw was tasty. Collard greens were excellent. My friends enjoyed their food too. Service was good. My big gripe was that the table was super sticky and gross.

Absolutely love this place!! Great food, amazing whiskey selection, and fun staff. Love that they offer brunch on the weekends. They also sell some of their whiskey that they picked which is super cool. Highly recommend. Can’t wait to go back!!

I had sliced brisket and baked peach beans (delicious). I also tried the ribs which were good but a bit too salty for me. Mac and cheese and collards were good as well. I plan to go back to try other dishes.

This Texan thinks the bbq here is pretty spot on. Recently went with another Texan who used to win many bbq contests and he thought the brisket was great. Drink prices are very good and not nearly as high as many other establishments with their high end pours. A diamond in the rough for sure here. Get there early before they run out of the ribs (happens) in the evening. Highly recommend.

The fries, pork rinds, wings and drinks were great. However the pork ribs were barely room temperature. When the owner asked how was the food I responded with the ribs were not hot and barely room temperature. His response was we keep them in a warmer. He did not offer to replace the ribs, nor ask if I wanted something else or offer to take the ribs off the check. I did not eat the ribs and just had the server take them away.

Three of us had dinner at Cinder yesterday. One ordered 1/2 rack of ribs, and didn’t share…Enuf said. But she did insist I taste her Brussels sprouts, which she knows I detest. Dang, they were delicious! And so were our two orders of dry-rubbed wings, about a pound worth per, some very crispy, thin fries and an order of mac n cheese. They have a limited selection of IPAs, and tho I’m not big on them, our server suggested one that was just fine, so kudos to her for the assist. Cinder is a cool little neighborhood spot that’s worth a visit.

I live around the corner from here, my dog leads me to Cinder on every walk. She waits for her treat that she expects when we visit and is always kindly welcomed and loved. This time we stopped for a date night together and the Cinder staff not only provided treats, but a bowl of water and a comfy blanket!
