Foods fine, but service is bad regularly. Asked for beans and they looked me dead in the eye as they put a total of 3 on my burrito and passed it on. There is a constant feeling of disrespect in the air when I order here. Needs better management

The best place to work and eat.I work there so it good. I recommend CINO Grille to anyone and you will enjoy yourself while you’re there. Also you can feel the teal.

There’s no consistency here. I try ordering a burger and I get the wrong thing (2 times in a row). Then at Freshens when i try ordering a rice bowl, I can get the same bowl two days in a row and one will be missing an ingredient one day and the other will be missing a different ingredient the next day. Not only that, but I was able to use a meal swipe for a certain item on several different occasions then one day I get told I can’t use a meal swipe for it despite being able to just two days prior.

CINO Grille has some pretty good food selections. The downside is that it’s almost always packed. Super long lines and possible 30 minute wait for food if you get there at the wrong time.

Staff are horribly understaffed and management either doesn’t train them or the training is horrible and needs to be revamped. Instead of making food as the orders come in, they make a lot of orders at once causing the crowds and wait lines to be ridiculous. Some staff are very rude and some are super nice to talk with.

The food is pretty good, but the menu change is rare so it gets old pretty quick

The food is pretty good the service can be slow sometimes but other than that the food is really good it just depends on which restaurant is to your liking that day

Really depends on who’s working. It seems like aramark chooses not to hire people who can do the job well.
