I Experienced horrible customer service here tonight !!!! The food was really good I must say , but service was just the opposite. Not from just one server at the bar, but two different servers. I had to wait for long periods of time to get refills on my soda . Plus I had to ask for a refill on top of that. The servers would just look at me,and then look away. Not the best service in my opinion. Plus they forgot to put my dessert I ordered to go, with my to go food . Service could’ve definitely been better !!! I wouldn’t sit at there bar again to eat here if the same two bartenders were serving. Overall service wasn’t acceptable

As a Miami local I am inspired to write this review. Last night my wife had an AMAZING AND OUTSTANDING EXPERIENCE thanks to Nicolas and Juan at the dinner shift. They are two outstanding human beings. My wife got emotional from the experience they brought to our table. As an ex restaurant manager I want to speak to the manager and tell them that these two deserve to be recognized for their service . The fantastic energy they put to their guests is from another galaxy.

Came here for a random dinner and do not regret it. The service was great. Our waiter, Philippe, was very courteous and knowledgeable with a great sense of humor. The food was delicious. Their in-house made mustard sweet jam was great. The pizza was delicious. The wine tasted great. Definitely will be coming back here to try other items!

This is the first time we’ve dined here and I can honestly say it was the best experience ever! The food was completely outstanding! All five of us thoroughly enjoyed each of our meals. Our server, Alice, was beyond amazing. She was on top of everything, super sweet and friendly, and just so accommodating. She had a young man assisting her with water refills and plates who was also a sweetheart. I HIGHLY recommend this restaurant for the food, the staff, and the atmosphere! Thank you for an amazing experience for our whole family!!

So delicious and it seemed like food just kept popping up so quickly. Nonna’s meatballs braised for 5 hours. So tender and delicious. The 5 cheese pizza of the day topped with prosciutto and arugula and then drizzled with honey. Wow! The chocolate dome was amazing to share. The different layers and textures with a cappuccino was great way to end dinner. Bravo!

We started with a few drinks. Had the truffle infused old fashioned type drink. It was very good. Also had a spritzer and it wasn’t so great. My wife had a cosmo and she enjoyed it. We had the special white pizza w prosciutto and arugula. We enjoyed it very much. This is where it starts to go down hill a bit. I ordered the raviolis and they were just average. The sauce wasn’t very good. Had the veal parmigiana and it was below average. It wasn’t very tender and the sauce was plain. Also ordered the lobster special with pink pasta. The lobster bits were ok but the pasta in pink sauce was pretty bland. The cheesecake was also just average, but the chocolate dome w mousse was very good. All in all it was just average and I would not return.

Sat at our table. Bread and butter was bought. Had to request utensils, as there were none on the table. It was our anniversary and this was by far the worst dinner we have had in a WHILE!!!! The octopus was BEYOND TOUGH, my salmon was served to me “skin up”, very oily…. Ravioli was very FISHY, could only eat 2-1/2 out of the many. Spent $170 to later come home and immediately vomit all our food out. Stomach pains were so bad that we almost went to the ER. Will NOT recommend this restaurant to ANYONE!!!!!!
