When you see this place from the outside, you’ll likely think keep on driving. Seriously. You’re here to eat not criticize the building. The chicken fried steak is really tender and tasty. Comes with your choice of two sides. Note: the sides are not on the menu but posted on the back wall in very small print. The server had to tell me the sides. Fried okra costs a bit more but was worth it. The portion is on the smaller side but that just means you’ll have room for an appetizer. Service was excellent.

One of the best restaurants we have eaten at in a long time. The service was great!! The food was better. A simple conversation with the wait staff and manager and they were able to accommodate our families fish allergy. The fried okra was the best I have had in a decade.

Very laid back country store vibe. Great options, the sides are very fresh, we will be going back! Had the fried chicken special of the day, large portion and the mashed potato side was on point – freshly made, fllavorful gravy. Also had a very fresh salad, hubby had cabbage which was excellent! Worth the drive!

Circleville Store is a wonderful restaurant in enjoying and relaxing your evening with a cold beverage and fantastic great food!!!! I love their hamburgers and chicken fried chicken and chicken fried steak and fried catfish along with appetizing okra and green beans and mashed potatoes!!! Try their mouthwatering onion rings and fried pickles along with some ranch dressing!!! Circle Stone waitresses are exceptional in providing their friendly and welcoming customer service!!! My husband had been out here and raved about the food , I had the two pork chops one grilled and one fried and mashed potatoes and Brown gravy and green beans!! It was absolutely cooked to perfection and some of the food I’ve had in years , seasoned and delicious! I highly recommend! And we will be back , I hear Tex mex night is great

Listen, I was born and raised in Texas so “Chicken Fried Steak “ is just One staple on the table that if it isn’t made right, they have no business serving it up but, that’s not the case at “Circleville Store”. After, more than 40 years eating CFS around different places and states I thought the good old fashioned CFS was gone forever until, I found this little Oh’ corner store out for a Saturday motorcycle ride with some other members of CMA, when I found the most exciting and delicious CFS I had ever come across in all those years. I would encourage anyone who is looking for the best CFS to visit this place to spoil their palette in the most amazing delicious way that would make you excited to come back. Now, don’t be alarmed when that cute little waitress takes your order without writing it down because her memory is sharp. Do yourself and your Family and Friends a favor and go checkout what I’m talking about. Make sure you call and check their hours because they close up the kitchen for a few hours and reopen it again.
