Loved the eggplant app and all of the pastas. The mussels and clams here in white sauce are divine among other things. This place is family friendly and also romantic, perfect also for a solo date. We had a private event at Ciro’s and everything was fantastic. The food was delicious, the staff was so friendly and attentive! I didn’t have to worry about a thing leading up to the event, they took care of everything from the perfect menu, to custom signage, to coordinating with a local bakery for the cake we had. We cannot thank Ciro’s enough!

Unfortunately I was very disappointed. We decided to try this place out for our anniversary dinner. We usually do Cals, Red Rose or 350 grill. We were the only people in the restaurant besides a few people.in the bar area. Took a long time for the waitress to get our drinks and never came back to ask if we needed another. My husband had to actually go up to the bar. I ordered the chicken piccata for my entrée and the chicken. Was black and unedible. I assumed it was subbed out for veal but when I told the cook he just said that’s the way the chicken looks. I then told the owner and he just dismissed me and went on a 20 minute talk about how chicken is over prices now due to inflation. The pasta that came with it was way over salted. My husband got manicotti with broccoli. It was stuffed with mystery meat and absolutely no chesse. While it looked delicious upon arrival none of it was edible and there was no offer to make this right. We ordered canollis which were wonderful. They didn’t even offer to comp those after the ordeal. I really wanted to like this place. I love supporting small businesses.

Absolutely loved the atmosphere! Enjoyed my family’s dinner time together, the waiter was very sweet and took great care of us. The owner came out to our table and chatted us up, made us feel comfortable and welcoming. Great for adult dinner dates.

Ravioli was amazing and made fresh. Super authentic scene and a very clean restaurant. Bathrooms were clean and service was super quick!! The restaurant has a very homey comfortable feel. Anthony puts his heart and soul into the food and it shows. Price was very good. A must try in Springfield

The most authentic Italian food you could ever get with the absolute best 5 star service. Every time we come in we are greeted so warmly with open arms and we always leave extremely full. Prices are good. Food is great. Service is exceptional. Truly a gem, wish I had found them sooner.

What a wonderful little gem in the heart of Springfield. Was in town with my wife for Santana concert and decided to give Ciro’s a try for some dinner before show. It did not disappoint. The decor was beautiful, the restaurant was spotless on this Sunday late afternoon. We were greeted by Nick who showed us to our seats and was a pleasure to talk with. We had 2 young ladies who waited on us Courtney & Wilma I believe whose service was 2nd to none. There were some traditional Italian dishes on the menu and was having hard time deciding. That’s when we were offered the “Santana Sunday Special”. For $20 pp you got a house salad, an app order of risotto balls w/marinara , and chicken francaise w/linguine, a glass of Pinot Grigio and forgot you also received a nice helping of garlic bread with evo to wipe that plate clean. My wife and I looked at each other and decided why not let’s give it a try. It was absolutely over the top fantastic. Let’s say every plate was sent back empty. The risotto balls and the chicken francaise were over the top delicious. And the portions ??? Without a doubt they did not scrimp on anything. Still cannot fathom the $20 pp price on this special, it was just a phenomenal value. The rest of the menu was all reasonably priced as well. We’re from southern Rhode Island so won’t be able to get there often , but must say to anyone coming to Springfield and looking for a nice Italian food experience don’t hesitate to head over to Ciro’s you won’t regret it .
