I went to Ciro’s for my anniversary with my boyfriend and this place did not disappoint! I had heard so much about how great this place was and I was extremely excited to check it out! I ordered sparkling water for my boyfriend and i to share, bread for the table and sangria for both of us. Then my boyfriend ordered the shrimp scampi and I got the chicken parmigiana! It was definitely a little pricey but we’ll worth it! Our meal came out to all it $100. The service was impeccable and I can’t wait to come back soon!

My wife and I had been coming here since it opened. Ciro’s was our go-to place for Italian for years. We stopped after having a few bad meals in a row. We decided to try it again since it’s been a few years. The waitress was great, but the food might as well been a frozen dinner. We had our food in 5 minutes from ordering. Lasagna and fettuccine can barely be reheated in that time. The lasagna had no meat and hardly any cheese. The Alfredo lasted like something out of a packet.

Service was wonderful, although our server was very busy he was also very nice. But the food? Not so great. Overcooked pasta with a dollop of watery separated sauce plopped on top? What happened? And the calamari didn’t have any tentacles this time and was not crispy. The chicken was tough, and the piccata sauce tasted like straight lemon juice. Look I’ve lived in Jersey for years I know good Italian food. The eggplant rolatini was the one bright spot. Very well made. Overall a disappointment

The food at Ciro’s never disappoints! I love their eggplant. I appreciate the lovely outdoor seating and our server was fantastic. I was there at lunchtime catching up with a friend and was thankful they graciously allowed us to take our time and never felt rushed. Thank you!

I don’t hear a lot of people talking about Ciro’s and not sure why. It’s kind of a hidden spot in Richmond Square but I highly recommend. Our server was extremely attentive and was very quick. I got the Pancetta e Pomodoro pizza, which did not disappoint. The pancetta was nice and smoky and paired well with the onions and cheese. Simple but delicious.

Local favorite! So many great choices and the place is awesome for a casual lunch, or a nice romantic evening. You really can’t go wrong with most of the stuff on the menu, the pizzas are great and crispy, the sandwiches are good and my favorite are the scallops. Love going here at Christmas time as well when they decorate. Always finish with some gelato for a great end to the night!

Sweetest waitress I’ve had in a long time who gave prompt and cheerful service. Food was wonderful…arugula and pear salad not only very tasty but also beautifully presented. The rosemary bread was yummy as well. A truly great culinary experience.
