Been a while since I had good BBQ in Texas, this definitely fit the bill! Green beans were good, collard greens were a bit sour for me, but were still good. Turkey was very juicy, as was the brisket, and the crust was very good had a kick that stands alone. Sauces were ok, a bit sweet for me, but I’m really finicky about sauces. My only complaint is they’re 4 hours from my home!

I had the chili brisket fries. They were so good, with perfect amount of spicy to them. The potato salad was delicious. My husband had the turkey sandwich. It was so juicy and tender. The staff was very friendly and informative. It was also very clean in the building.

Good ribs, good Nashville chicken tenders bit dry. They served almost cold ribs not even warm. Sauces are delicious. Potato salad was alright. Parking is right outside. Waiters look friendly. Clean place for the most part.

There’s a reason we are regulars here, even though we live 30 minutes away. The BBQ is consistently delicious. The staff is fun, efficient, and extremely friendly. City BBQ is the standard we compare all others to, and we haven’t found a place that beats it yet. I appreciate that they serve authentic BBQ from all over the US and don’t pigeonhole themselves to one specific area. They’ve taken the best of the best for each dish.

Went in just before dinner time. Had the pulled pork and sausage sandwich, potato salad and banana pudding. The sandwich was ok, not their best offering. There wasn’t very much smoke and seasoned flavor to it. But, the portion was more than adequate. The sandwich could have used a little bit something extra… perhaps slaw or crispy onions. Potato salad was good as usual, same with the pudding. Seeing as we now have 4 “BBQ” places in town. This is assuredly the best. Miller’s is decent the other two are not worth the time as they cut serious corners and charge at least twice what the should.

DON’T try to order online. The system will keep returning you to same step on several steps. It’s a nightmare. Just phone in your order (fastest most reliable everywhere anyway).

Food was great! Floors & table counters were sticky. It was also fairly hot inside. Probably hard to keep it cool with back kitchen, but made dining a bit uncomfortable.
