I ordered a baked potato from the city bites on 2nd Street in Edmond. I ordered extra green onions and that was not done. I drove home approximately 5 miles. When I got home to eat it The taste was horrible. It tasted like it had been there all day usually there potatoes are good and I get what I order an extra cup of green onion but not today. The employees were very professional.

Don’t you love it when you go through a drive-thru and the employee has a horrible attitude? I rarely post one star reviews, I always give people a second chance but this is not the first time with this location. Let it be known. It’s 4:21 p.m. on March 2nd so whoever that jerk was that I spoke with, he probably needs to be in another profession. I think most people that work in the fast food and restaurant industry are highly underpaid, but I was literally the only customer in line and I didn’t even notice anyone inside, so I would think the stresses would not be present. As a family we go there often, definitely will not be back though.

Terrance at the Edmond location on 2nd ST is so amazing!!! Great customer service and awesome food. I called in and placed a pick up order just before close and he put the same amount of love into it as if it were the first order of the day! Thank you for being my 10 minute hero!!!
