This place can’t get your order right to save its life! I ordered two 6 inch sandwiches one just meat cheese salt and pepper. The other meat cheese grilled onions only salt and pepper. This is not a hard order but they mess it up every single time, so I want be going back. I’m pretty sure y’all know who I am too because you do it a lot!

Quiet place (just after lunch – 245ish). The people were friendly enough. They were attentive in taking the order. The subs, however, were subpar at best. They use extra toppings to cover the lack of meats in the sandwich. 2 subs and a cookie were $25. A bit high for my liking. Cozy place though. Ok spot if you want to get away from the bigger chains – Subway, Jersey Mike’s, etc.

Great food! While waiting for my order, I noticed the receipt said wheat instead of white bread. The cashier said that she’d make another one on white for free since they can’t sell the one on wheat. Picked up my order and only one sandwich in the bag. -4 stars for lying.

Very slow!!! The employees are like skittish doggies. Talk quiet and reluctant, not quit the help you want for a popular business. The personality of the employees at this location do not coincide with the atmosphere decor. I remember when City Bites started at the people, the music, the decor and the food were all one awesome package. Now its just another sandwich spot. I understand a frequent turnover of employment since it’s usually high school kids, but they are choosing to put themselves in the public eye and the social behavior doesn’t need to be so skittish you can do better I’m quite confident you can. Otherwise city bites has always been my recommended place.

I’ve been going to this location for majority of my life. It has never disappointed me, the only bad thing about this place is the wait for the drive thru, which doesn’t even matter because the food is so good. There are a few other City Bites locations near here, but they are not nearly as good. Their cookies are always good and fresh and their potatoes are spectacular. The wait is only about 10+ minutes, it depends on the time of day you go. All of their food is really good and the inside is pretty nice. A good Yukon staple. Bring back the red velvet cookie all year long!
