This was our first time at city bites and we liked it. I got a California club on everything wheat bread and it was exactly what I expected. It reminded me of the beach club at Jimmy John’s back when they had sprouts. My husband got a footlong veggie, which he liked, but he felt like he could get the same size and quality veggie sub for $6.50 at Subway. Their cookie selection was great, the service was good and fast, and the inside of the building was super interesting. Overall we didn’t think the food was anything special and it really is twice as expensive as subway for a sub that didn’t seem to be double the quality or quantity.

This is a heads up to anyone phoning in an order based on the above published prices. Spuds are all about $2 higher than what you see here. $7.29 published; $8.99 in reality. I ordered four and discovered the discrepancy when I got ready to post the receipt to my expense ledger. General Manager said CB can’t be responsible for what Google publishes! Bottom line, don’t order if you’re on a budget.

I was Doordashing so I didn’t try any food and by the time I finished dashing, they were closed but I definitely will be back to try their food. It looked amazing and sounded so good. I never heard of the place before until it came up on my Doordash to pick up an order.

Friendly staff. Husband liked his sandwich i ordered mesquite chicken salad. Went through drive through, only took a few minutes. Definitely, ask for extra dressing. They only give one, need at least two.

The Baja tacos are outstanding. The drive Thur takes forever normal 20 -30 minutes depending on how many is in front of you. They should offer a free cookie for over 15 minutes. It’s really frustrating.

California Club was good. One slice of bacon spread across half a fried tomato roll, with a single thing slice of avocado on each side. Wife’s sandwich had only 1 avocado slice on 1 side. Recently opened, so have some bugs to work out apparently. Not busy at 11:05 AM, but by 11:30, people were giving up and leaving because of the long line and lack of seating space. Service was spotty. We were 3rd in line. After serving the 2 couples ahead of us, the man just walked away without a word like we were invisible. He came back out and walked past us to another register, again not acknowledging us. Then a girl came from the back and waited on us. Not sure what was going on, but kind of strange. Second observation: employees should smile, even if they are stressed or don’t feel like it.
