I love this place both times the food has been fantastic, the service is excellent as well. They are very kid friendly, the kids portions are large and they lit up the stage and came up and told us our kids could dance. Overall a great time.

Friendly staff. This location is a bit old and can use some TLC. We only had drinks. Th ever was cold and my mixed drink was well crafted. Our bartender was very attentive and courteous. We will come back to have a full meal.

The food at City was beyond my expectations. I mostly eat pasta and I don’t eat seafood. The only pasta dish they had on the menu was Cajun shrimp pasta. I asked if the could substitute shrimp and they were more than happy to. It was fantastic. I didn’t taste any Cajun so I assume that shrimp is where they use Cajun seasoning but all in all it was delicious. Although, they did not adjust the price for chicken vs. shrimp and it was a $20 dish. They did bring me a beautiful warm baguette when I asked for more bread though! My husband had the salmon special and he was extremely happy with the dish. Two meals, 3 Manhattans and an ice tea (unlimited) was around $70 before tip. I did 4 stars on service and atmosphere because they were very busy but didn’t seem to have adequate staff. It took a long time to get our servers attention but, he was an amazing server, totally not his fault. The rest of the staff that we interacted with was also very pleasant. The manager came out and talked to tables which is always nice to see. Cudos to the kitchen staff too!!

Stephanie our waitress was absolutely amazing! French Dip was so delicious, tender steak, bread was moist, aujus wasn’t to salty. Jalapeno coleslaw was the best I’ve ever tasted. My wife really enjoyed the Margherita flatbed pizza. It was very flavorful. We will be back again before I stay is over.

The majority of people were outside at the dinning/bar area. We sat inside which was immediate seating. The wife enjoyed her wedge salid and French opinion soup and I enjoyed my pot pie.

Creative lunch options were available. Delicious soup. We sat outside and enjoyed the downtown foot traffic. Reasonably priced. Excellent wait staff. Free parking in nearby public lot.

It took a long time to get food when only 4 tables were filled in the restaurant and there were 2 waiters serving. The one in Brownwood made us love the Spinach dip but for some reason this location just didn’t taste as good. Still good food but just didn’t meet expectations I guess.

My friend got such after eating there. Also one particular bartender was not friendly, and i had one glass of wine and felt dizzy and not in control…. Other women have had this experience as well. Draw your own conclusions!!! I won’t be going there again!

I’ve dined here a few times and it’s always great. Very diverse menu and the food is prepared perfectly. Great service and very clean. If you’re sitting outside at night you can enjoy the music and people watching in Paddock Square.
