Absolutely stellar Indian food! The service is spectacular as well. The only downside is only bottled water and drinks so no fountain drinks but don’t let that deter you from trying this place. I tried things that I probably wouldn’t have ordered meeting up with some friends and WOW! So much flavor and I’ve yet to find something here I don’t like. You gotta try the garlic cheese naan it’s out of this world! This is now my current favorite Indian food restaurant.

If you love Indian/Pakistani Food trust me you can not find a better place then City of Spice restaurant. This restaurant is located in a strip mall. We party of four from Washington/Oregon were visiting Phoenix and came across this restaurant . Nice seating and food was incredible. The owner Mr. Syed Azhar has an excellent customer service What also made it so great is that it’s a family run place who do everything to make you feel like as if you’re belong there. The service sets them apart.

What a wonderful time we had at City of Spice – we ‘pigged-out’ because the food was so wonderful. David was very helpful with introducing us to some delicious meals – especially for my guests who were unfamiliar with the cuisine. He took the time to show us photos of the multiple dishes on the menu – that was so helpful and appreciated.

Good food! Recommend this place for decent Indian food. We got the chicken Manchurian, paneer masala daso and goat biryani. The chicken Manchurian was excellent definitely recommend this. The paneer dosa was alright wouldnt recommend it if you wanted a spicy filling in your dosa. The Goat Dum bityani was also alright. Few pieces of meat was overcooked and very chewy. Other than that the spice and flavor in the biryani was on point. The service was minimal and not a proper sitdown resturant service. They give you packaged water bottle when you sit down. The food took normal time and you pay at the counter when you are done. We enjoyed eating here.

Love the costumer service and the food. We got the samosas, onion pagoda, beef jalfrazi, goat biryani, and garlic naan. The goat biryani is different than the punjabi style I am used to and I wish there is more sauce to it. The rest I definitely recommend.
