Absolutely HORRIBLE. The pho tasted worse than garbage. The noodles are plastic, the greens are prepackaged and old, and the pho broth itself tastes like used toilet water. I saw them pouring the pho broth from a huge paint bucket from the back into a container in the front. it looked unsanitary and gross. You can see how disgusting the broth looks in my photos and it tastes even worse than it looks. The workers have no idea what they are doing. I can’t even believe I had a spoon full of this, after I ate one spoon full. I had enough, I spat it out, and threw it away right away. video is proof.

Soooooo salty. It’s like coating a salt lick with margarita salt salty. With a dash of more salt to make up for the no flavor previous reviewers complained about. I couldn’t finish it. I’ve had better frozen microwaved pho. Broth wasn’t even hot. Barely lukewarm. Wish I’d seen the reviews first. Go spend $16 at Wolfgang Puck

Should have looked at reviews first, but got excited seeing a new pho place at DIA. Ordered a “seasoned” beef pho bowl for $18. Beef was terrible, a few thin slices of dry, tasteless meat. Broth is bland even after adding hoisin and siracha. Looks the part but no flavor. Also the bowls they use are a mess to drink out of for some reason. Too many ridges around the edge so broth goes everywhere. 2/10, do not recommend.

Atrocious. Tastes like plastic. Only 3 bites of noodles @ $18 = $1 a noodle. Leaves a weird aftertaste in your mouth and on your soul.

I was in no way looking for good quality pho, its an airport i get it, it smelled great but we ended up throwing it away after a couple bites, the broth tastes like water (even after adding sriracha and hoisin sauce), and the noodles were overcooked and undercooked at the same time

Should have checked the reviews before ordering. It took around 10 minutes to wait for staff to come out from the kitchen. I could see people walking inside, so I tried to call them but no one answered. After a woman walked out, she was holding a phone and her charger.

So I have been in Denver for 13 days. I have had Pho each day some times for lunch and dinner. I have eaten at Pho Bom, Pho 63, Pho Saigon to mention a few. First of let me tell you. STAY AWAY FROM THIS AWFUL PLACE !!!!! I’ll tell you why. First the bowls are pre made and stored in a fridge. The server pulls out the one you ordered and pours the “broth” over the cold noodles. Yes you can guess. The “broth” by the time you sit down is luke warm. They give you a teaspoon instead of a pho spoon. Cheap cheap cheap. Now the most agregious. The “broth” if you can call it that, looks like brown dirty water from the S bend in a sink drain Not appetizing at all. The taste oh man what can I say. How can I say this? It is the most disgusting liquid I have ever tasted that trys to pass as Pho broth. I mean even the powdered pho broth you can buy on line is so far superior it really is not funny. You get a small bag with the usual, bean sprouts, lime, cilantro, onion and a few slices of jalepeno. I put all in including Sriracha and it still tasted like.luke warm S bend water with all of the above in it. Nothing can save this sludge. So in closing if you are a Pho lover please, for the love of god stay away. If you tryng it for the first time, please for the love of god stay away. I would hate for you the have this bilge and think this is the way Pho is supposed to taste. There are sooooo many good Pho eateries in Denver to try.

Average airport food court quality food. But good to have some broth. Nothing too special. Airport food price as well.

Don’t do it. Over priced, no flavor. The broth is beige, and vaguely reminiscent of what pho should be. The noodles are too soft. They ran out of beef (which happeneds), and the chicken was OK, but equally as bland. There are now too many good choices at the airport to est something this expensive, and this bad.
