They sent me and my family a stale pizza. It’s like the pizza has been sitting there for a while and reheated just to burn it more. That was inconsiderate to pack it up in a box and call it fresh. I received my refund, and that’s all that matters. I will never recommend this place in my life, even if you are starving.

First off, they had my $150 order ready in 25 minutes. WOW! I was blown away when I walked in at how clean the place was and how organized their counter was. I was greeted immediately by the friendly counter staff. After we got my order, one of the cooks helped me carry everything out to my car in the pouring rain. Thank you so much for an awesome lunch and great service! We will order again, like we always do- knowing we get A+ quality food and service.

This was the second time I received my order and the food was half way done ! I ordered a steak steak stromboli w/green peppers and onions ,the bread was wet and half done ,too much cheese , green peppers and onions with very little bite of steak. Honestly the sirloin was very good but I think because I fell in love with Max’s first and I’m not from Philly I really want every Philly cheese steak I try to be juicy and a little sloppy. This one was decent but a little too neat. How ever I have definitely had worse I would give this a 3.5 but they don’t have that choice so I will give it a 3. I would go back if I was on that side of town but if I could I would go back to Max’s if I had to choose. This place is more like a pizza place and has lots of different items on the menu. I think if a Philly cheese steak place has only Cheese steaks that’s how you know it’s going to be slamming. Again this place is good but it’s more like one of those generic kind pizza stop shops.

I ordered lunch for me and three coworkers…… A Caesar salad that came with nothing but 30 croutons and four pieces of lettuce two orders of buffalo wings that were hard ad a chicken salad wrap that usually comes with chips but they were all out so they decided to not send anything. Needless to say we spent $60 and when I called they said there was nothing they could do?????????????? I will NEVER order anything from them clowns again. This is the one on Broad street by Olney.

I go there all the time. Friday special is Turkey burger deluxe. I get it often. They know me, they know my order. I usually sub the fries for onion rings. Yum . The only thing is my onion rings are never hot . If they could get that right then this would definitely be a five star experience

I paid $13 for this salad, waited a hour and a half to receive it, opened it up and this is all that was inside. Great I could’ve made this myself and way better at that. I paid $13 plus tax for limp lettuce, chicken and croutons. Thanks so much city view!

Food is good but I’m giving this location a 1 star because of their customer service. I spent a lot of money at this establishment and always tipped the drivers very well. The one time that the receptionist Dani (who sounded high off drugs) gave me the wrong order he got upset with me as if I made the mistake. The receptionist is very nasty on the phone and the “manager” wasn’t any better. The person hung up on me multiple times for no reason. I would never trust people like this to handle my food. I wouldn’t order here if I were you.
